We stayed for two weeks just prior to Christmas 2012 and it was brilliant. Weather (except the odd storm) was just right - not too hot and certainly not too cold, the attractions were great (and a little quieter than when we have previously seen when we had visited in October time a couple of years before - meaning no queues) and the villa just made it perfect.
The villa was in a great location, far enough from hustle and bustle of international drive but not too far to travel to the parks, supermarkets and not forgetting restaurants! We had everything you needed and some extras which were a great surprise - the games room was great, there was a playstation and DVD player and not forgetting the pool!
A definite return journey in store i think!!!

We had an amazing 3 weeks staying at this villa.
The correspondence prior to departure was excellent. The owners are so friendly and helpful. The home was clean and well kept. There was everything you could possibly need. The pool and games room were great. Our little one adored the children's rooms!
Would definitely recommend!!! -

Even before we arrived at the villa we were reassured through excellent communications by the villa owner and all of our queries were answered.
Directions to the villa were easy to follow and the location felt safe, and was a quiet neighbourhood.
The villa was huge! Much bigger than it appears in the photos! The layout was excellent. Fittings and furniture were of a high standard, and pride had obviously been taken in the interior design. The villa was equipped with plenty of towels, bedding and a host of kitchen equipment; we wanted for nothing.
The villa pool was a good size, was spotlessly clean. It enjoyed the sun from mid-morning to evening. There was a community pool just a short way from the villa, but we ran out of time to try it! The games room was well equipped and a big hit with the kids. It was great to have wifi and the use of a phone.

having spent ten heavenly days at selina and richards villa I can recommend it .It has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable whether it is swimming in the pool or having fun in the games room.I found it very clean and inviting,comfortable and a kitchen with all the necessary utensils needed.Also the disney theme parks are just a short drive away.

This is a lovely family home in an ideal location for all the Disney and Universal parks. It has everything you need within the house and the heated pool is perfect to dip into at the end of a tiring day (or the beginning of the next one!). The house is cosy with plenty of seating for everyone, tv's in every bedroom and a full games room (which we didn't actually have time to use because of the full days we had planned!).
The Management Company are on hand for any problems or queries you may have whilst in Florida, whilst Selina and Richard are there for you with any queries before you leave.
A really lovely holiday in Florida - didn't want to come home :( -

We spent 10 days in this villa with 3 adults and 3 childeren ( 1,5 - 3 and 4,5 years ) and we had a great time. The childeren loved the pool and the bedrooms.
The villa is very well suited for a family with small childeren and very, very complete with all kind of entertainment for both childeren and adults. -

I would like to say this villa helped make our visit to Orlando perfect! Very comfortable, clean and equipped - perfect location for all parks, shopping Malls and restaurants.

We stayed in this wonderful Villa at the end of September/early October. We arrived quite late due to a hold up with the weather, however, with the easy directions we were given and the convenient location, we arrived at the Villa surprisingly easy, with no key collect (We had the code for the door)so we just turned up. On arrival we found that the Villa was just like the photos, the furnishing were lovely and it is so well equipped that it was just like home from home. The bedrooms are really well thought out and if you have children they will love the way they are decorated. The games room will keep the boys busy - if they get time! The pool was lovely and is perfect for sunbathing, we had no one overlooking us for the whole 2 weeks and the odd person we did bump into was really nice. Take your laptop as there is perfect internet access for you to keep in touch at home and there is so much choice on the Tv that its probably best not to put it on or you may just not move for the rest of your holiday!. For shopping just turn left at the top of the road (Us192) and there is a Publix supermarket just 2 mins away which sells everything you may want. The Villa is just a few minutes away from all the major attractions, the easiest way is just up the I4 but the 192 will also lead you there. We went to Kennedy Space Centre and did the boat tour on Cypress Lake which were easily accessible from where we were. There are plenty of restaurants near the Villa with Cracker Barrel the best for breakfast and a cheap evening meal - the owners gave us all this information which meant we found the best places to go without wasting all or holiday only to find the best places on our last night!
Overall we had a lovely holiday, the Villa was lovely, clean and well equipped in a perfect location and the Owners made sure we had all the information we needed to ensure our holiday went as well as we could have hoped. I would highly recommend this Villa for a holiday in Orlando.

We decided pretty late in the year that we wanted to spend Xmas and New Year outside the UK, and somewhere warm. Having been to Florida in 2005 we had decided that if we went back we would rent somewhere much larger than hotel rooms, and we are very glad we did.
We had a fantastic time at this property, we found it pretty well placed for everywhere we visited, and apart from the occasional holiday traffic, even Universal was within a 25 minute drive. There were plenty of great places to eat as well as supermarkets within 10 minutes drive (you don't walk anywhere in the us it seems!) so you can spend as much or as little as you like on catering during your stay.
The property itself was comfortably furnished, and whilst as with every property there was the odd niggle, overall you could do a lot lot worse than stay here, and if we returned to Florida we would definitely be happy to stay here again. -

We have stayed here twice within the last two years and do not hesitate in recommending it.
The villa is beautifully furnished and fully equipped. We have previously rented other fully furnished villas only to find ourselves short on kitchen equipment, bedding, towels etc. Here however there are more ample supplies in all areas from bedding to large cooking pans & wine glasses!
Our children love the converted garage which has been equipped with an air hockey table/pool table, football table & lots of board games.
The pool is great, the perfect place to cool down after a day at the parks. Again there are chairs and loungers so you can relax outside and enjoy the weather.
There are lots of places to eat within a short drive, a huge wallmart is also nearby enabling you to stock up. Disney is 25 minutes away.
Any communication we have had with the owners has been fantastic. They have a great management team who have helped us previously when our flight was delayed.
Having had such a great time here, we cannot wait to return!

myself and my husband stayed here for our honeymoon,it is by far the best villa we have ever had it was everything we wanted and more.it felt like a home away from home selina was very helpful in all aspects of our holiday as we had never been to the states before.we will soon be taking our little boy back to stay as its great for kids what with the pool,games room and the kids bedroom is amazing i will probably struggle to get him out of that room let alone the house and as it is so close to al the main attractions its a must go to villa.thanks to selina and richard it was a perfect villa and certainly a honeymoon we will never forget.

House was very clean and decorated to a high degree. Pool was clean and deck area catches the sun for most of the day. House is easy to find, ideal if you want to be close by the theme parks and local restaurants yet just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the 192 with all its neon lights.

Good value for money with all the needs of a family with 3 Teenage girls , location was good with good roads and access , pool was heated which was a blessing at the time we travelled as nigh time temps were a little coller than other times of the year , choice of supermarkets within 5 miles of property catering for all ou needs. good choice of resturants also close by although not in walking distance , main theme parks were approx 30 mins away but area house is set in was peaceful overall good value for the time of year and adequate facilities contained within property. very happy with our stay here

Stayed at Selina's villa on a trip to Disney. Great base for doing all the parks. Easy access to restaurants. Accommodation is very spacious especially for 4 people. Pool and games room both great fun. One day we will return.

Well situated for the theme parks, as with all amercian holidays you need a car, even for a pint off milk, thou there were good supermarkets a few minutes drive away.
Lovely villa, nicely decorated and well equiped for all your needs. Fun games room in the garage. Nice pool for dunking on those very hot days. -

Really easy to find with good directions.
Villa was clean on arrival and extremely comfortable. More luxurious than I could have imagined.
Great pool with an alarm on the door which was reassuring with young children and good that there were inflatables for the kids to play with.
Pool and villa was cleaned whilst we were there.
Good kitchen, huge fridge, washing machine and cupboard full of items to borrow.
Lots of information and games for the kids to play though they spent most of their time in the pool or in the games room which was a real bonus and very very cool!!
We enjoyed seeing the hot air balloons overhead and had a real experience when we felt a sonic boom.
There were restaurants and shops an easy drive away and not too far from Disney.
Overall an excellent base for a family Disney holiday that easily accommodated 5 adults and 2 children with room to spare!!!
