Our two story Davenport vacation home is large enough for an extended family or even two families to share (sleeping up to 8) with just under 1,800 sq. ft. of fully air conditioned living space.
You'll be able to relax around our large 26'x13' pool with the additional benefit of a spa. The pool benefits from not being overlooked by any other properties and has a removable screen for the safety of young children. And for swimming in the evening, both pool and spa can be illuminated. Tuscan Hills is located in Davenport on the US 27, just one mile from the intersection with the US 192. The Interstate 4 can easily be reached and provides direct access Southwest to Tampa (70 minutes) and Northeast to the centre of Orlando and the Airports (Orlando airport 40 minutes, Sanford airport 55 minutes).
Located just half a mile from Tuscan Hills is Berry Town Centre where you will find a Publix supermarket with a variety of restaurants and take away facilities along with a number of banks. A couple of miles in the opposite direction there are additional amineties including a Super Wal-Mart.
A whole host of family attractions including Walt Disney World, Universal, Sea World and Wet N Wild to name but a few are within 20 miles, as are over 20 quality golf courses which cater for every level of golfer including Southern Dunes, Ridgewood Lakes and the Greg Norman designed Champions Gate. The new Poisener Centre Mall with its up market retail outlets, restaurants and cinema is just 7 miles further down the Highway 27.

Staying in the Orlando for a week to watch our son's baseball team, we needed a place that was conveniently located, clean, and a good value. This villa met or exceeded our expectations in every regard. Everything was clean and well maintained, including the pool and spa. The gated community provided a sense of security, as did the safe provided within the villa. The proximity to Highway 27 and 192 made it easy for shopping, dining out, and access to Disney. Can't go wrong staying in this villa.

My family and I stayed here on our family vacation, and we didn't know what to expect being our first time renting a villa. We normally just get hotels in resort but I have to tell you this home is by far better then any resort!!! We were greeted by the friendly mgnt to make sure we were ok. The home was Clean spacious upscale and has your very own pool an jacuzzi, not to mention 4 huge bed rooms that we relaxed in after going to Lego land and downtown Disney. The price was unbeatable for the quality of the home.you are min from Disney and all the entertainment, not to mention Champion Gate golf course where I played a couple of rounds. We will be making this our permit place to stay when we are visiting Orlando!!!

My family and I have enjoyed our stay here in this villa! It was very spacious and very comfy! It was close to all the places that we wanted to visit! Very clean and neat place to stay and spend time when your on vacation with your family...I would recommend this villa to anybody that is planning to vacation in the Orlando area.
The two negative things about this villa was, none of the bathroom doors locks were working. And the pillows were not so great either.
Othere then that We have all enjoyed our stay and would want to come again. -

This home is fabulous, clean, and 7 ladies really appreciated the 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 baths (loved the master showers and the master tub. The covered pool was wonderful in July, no heat needed, it was shaded in the morning, we played until 10 pm some nights. The location was about 20 min. from the parks. Not to far from the airport, lots of places to eat wihtin 3 to 4 miles. The weather was great. The kitchen was stocked with dishes and cookware, we made good use of the kitchen via Wal-mart on Rt. 535. I will definitely look into this rental for my next Florida vacation. Keep the light on.

We found our villa to be immaculate, tastefully modern, very spacious, with absolutely every mod con imaginable and most importantly it felt like home! The owner was great with communications, answering all of our questions & queries efficiently.
The gated entry made our children feel extra secure.
As for location, we were given accurate directions to all the main Disney attractions which were approx 15-20 minutes away. The local (fantastic) shopping malls that we visited, were also easy to find.

We had a great time staying in this villa for a week while in the Orlando area. The villa was absolutely spotless and looks to be in brand new condition. It is set up with 2 master bedrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs) along with 2 rooms that have 2 twin beds. This would be a good setup for 2 families traveling together.
Tuscan Hills is gated for your security. The grounds are well kept.
The pool and spa are in a screened enclosure and are shielded from the neighbors and the street. For a small charge, these can be heated during the cooler months.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tuscan Hills. the villa is well appointed and lovely and spacious. A nice sized pool and jacuzzi area, particularly welcome after a long hot day in a theme park. We especially liked the 2 floor layout which allowed us and the children to occupy the upper floor and my parents to have the ground floor bedroom. The games room was also an added bonus. The Tuscan Hills development itself is beautifully kept and a secure gated community. The location for the Disney parks or Seaworld is ideal. An there are a several nice restaurants within a short drive of the villa. We enjoyed it so much we have rebooked for 2001.

This was not our first Villa holiday in the Orlando area but it was the best! The villa was exactly as described and is located on a quiet but secure complex. It was like being at home with everything we needed. At the time our children were 12, 10 and 7 and the pool was used every day even on the wet days. When they got bored of the pool there was the pool and football table. When they got bored with that there was the TV. A well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds made everything perfect!
Within a 15 minute drive you have all the supermarkets and restaurants you need. Disney is not much further depending on which park you are going to. Great shopping all around. The villa is located on the west of the Orlando/Kissimmee area so day trips to Tampa start hassle free as you don't have to battle the freeways.
Will I be going back? Yes we will!!!
If you want a great villa that sets you up for a great holiday, this is the place to go to!
