Situated in one of the most convenient locations in the Orlando area, Lake Wilson Preserve is a small peaceful Mediterranean style community of just 96 executive homes. Located just off the junction of CR 532 and CR 547 (Old Lake Wilson Road), every home has a Spanish terracotta tile roof, block paving pathways and a garden lamp post. The homes are all finished in a variety of soft but warm colours giving the whole area a very upmarket feel.

The master bedroom and second bedroom offers spacious en-suite bathrooms and walk-in closets, perfect for hanging all those new clothes you buy from the nearby Malls and Retails Outlets.

This home is beautifully furnished throughout with comtemporary furniture, TV, DVD Player and much more.

Across the road is Reunion, with golf courses designed by Tom Watson, Arnold Palmer and Jack Nicklaus and state of the art recreational facilities. Champions Gate is just three minutes drive away and boasts two championship golf courses designed by Greg Norman, a Publix supermarket open 7 days a week from 8am to 9pm, and a variety of other shops and restaurants.

It is just a few minutes to junction 58 of the I4 which gives an easy drive to Busch Gardens and the resorts and beaches of the Gulf Coast and also, the beaches of the Atlantic coast.

It is just a true 7 minutes to the gates of Disney with all the attractions on offer. Also, only minutes away, is the 192 with all the diverse leisure amenities this area is famous for.

  This is new house in relatively new neibourhood. We enjoyed our stay. However, an otherwise a pleasant experience, was marred by following issues:
  
  - We requested and paid for infant crib, but it was not provided. It being a weekend, we had to purchase one ourselves. Two days later, first the management tried to tell us that they would not charge for two days and provide the crib for the rest of our stay. Since we already purchaed a new one, we asked and they agreed to refund the entire amount management charged us for crib in advance. We are still waiting for the refund.
  
  - We checked on a Friday evening, and it turned out to be unusually cold night. The thermostat was locked and set on "Cool- 75 degrees". Thankfully, house had enough blankets. However, we could not comfort our infant child and had to stay awake most of the night. The next morning, someone came over and opened the lock for us. For the next a few nights, the temperature went cold and hot, and it really helped to have thermostat unlocked.
