Our luxury villa offers all the amenities for a stress-free holiday. It includes 4 bedrooms equipped with TV (2 en-suite masters) with 3 full bathrooms, one of which offers direct access to the spacious pool area. The fully equipped kitchen seats 8. The cozy living room overlooking the pool or the gamesroom will tempt you to linger.
If you have children, we hold the necessary utensils for you: stroller, high chair, baby crib.

Our villa is situated in a quiet development "Calabay Parc, which stands out due to their extremely well-kept gardens that were built to a high standard and even a playground for kids is available.
Surrounded by orange groves and woods, this neighborhood is conveniently located near restaurants, supermarkets, golf courses and many other shopping opportunities. The I-4 will take you comfortably and easily within 15 to 20 minutes to the main Orlando attractions including Disney World, SeaWorld and Universal Studios as well as various shopping malls and shopping centers. The beaches on either coast are approximately one hour's drive away. If you are looking for a quality neighborhood, "Calabay Parc" is a good choice. Welcome to Calabay Parc!

Sorry, but my English isn't perfect.
It's the second time, that I spent my vacation in Davenport in this villa.
The location of the villa is very close to all the parks and attractions, with is very convenient for everyone.
The luxury villa suits families as well as couples and for all ages.
We had a lovely time at the villa, I can only recommend this marvelous location. I hope to go back one day.

Short review due to my bad english. We stayed for a week in this place last august and we really enjoyed it. The house is so quiet, so comfortable. We were 7, 4 adults and 3 children, and every one had a lot of plaisure inside and outside the house (luxury inside and swimming pool close to the terrace outside)
Large kitchen, wonderful bathrooms, a bedroom with bathroom for each child, we really seemed to be "at home".
Thank's a lot to the owners for their sweetness. -

The major Orlando attractions are located nearby. Only a few minutes drive.
After the parks and shopping we relaxed at the pool.

The villa was amazing. It is clean, spacious, modern, confortable and fully equipped. We felt like at home. A fantastic place for convenience and comfort.
Excellent location, only a short drive from all the Orlando attractions away. Supermarkets and restaurants are nearby. You can also reach the beaches of the atlantic or the Gulf of Mexico in a drive of about just one hour.
We enjoyed our visit very much and I would definitely stay at this beautiful villa again, during my next holidays in the Sunshine State. I would highly recommend it to anyone. -

The house was lovely, with all mod cons. The house was very spacious and provided us with an excellent base during our stay in Orlando. The house was very clean and tidy and the pool was excellent.
We enjoyed our visit very much and would definitely stay at this villa again. -

This was our second stay at this very comfortable and clean villa. It has everything you need to spend a great family vacation. Perfectly situated for a visit to the Disney parks. Would recommend it to anyone.
