Wherever possible we will work with you to accommodate more flexible check-in/out times.
If a particular aspect of your vacation home is important to your stay please check with us as we want you to be 100% delighted with your choice of vacation home.
We do not charge a refundable security deposit. In lieu of this we charge a one off fee of $55 for accidental damage waiver insurance which covers you for up to $1500.
Final quote depends on several factors;
e.g. dates of stay, length of stay, early booking discount, last minute discount, repeat guest specials etc.
Please contact us for our latest rates and deals, including discounted stays of over one month.
You will receive a $25 restaurant gift card for booking online - (link will be sent with free quote)
We can also offer you travel Insurance through TravelGuard. The premium is 7% of your booking total. This cover is optional but recommended.
Please contact us for details if interested. For example a booking of $1000 would incur a premium of just $70, excellent piece of mind for travelers.
Cleaning fee applies for stays of less than 7 nights.
Payment can be made by check, PayPal and all major credit cards.
Pool heat is recommended October through April dependent on ambient temperature.

We fell in love with this charming villa and were really sad to leave. It is comfortable, spacious and tastefully designed with a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room which came very handy. Our kids thoroughly enjoyed the various entertaiment options the villa offered in the way of a game room, a private pool with pool toys and a large selection of Dvds. It's proximity to the Disney parks, shopping and restaurants made it very convenient. The quiet surroundings of the home were a welcome respite after a noisy day at the parks. In short, we would highly recommend it, especially to families travelling with children of any age, and would love to be back ourselves!

We would have no hesitation in coming back. Mid Florida Home Management Inc were totally professional and our vacation rental was great. There was good follow up from the early inquiry stage as we worked through options and once we decided on the property the booking process was fast and painless. Directions, access to the house etc, were all good and the kids had their rooms picked even before we got there. Straight in the door, turn off the alarm and we were able to relax and head for the pool. The estate itself is really nice so no worries on that front either. A short drive from Publix, Target, etc so also good. We would go again in a heartbeat !
