From the second you walk through the door you cannot fail to be impressed by the total luxury surroundings. The villa was extremely clean, spacious, very bright with excellent decor throughout.
The facilities are excellent with added luxury in the garage with Fusball, Pool Table etc and even has 2 garages, should you feel the need to put your vehicle in one. The dinning area was not used by us on this occasion, but is absolutely beautiful. We did not even sit on the relaxing area in the second room as all our needs were accommodated by the very spacious lounge.
The pool is is absolutely fantastic with a very large extended patio area to enable you to sunbath all day long.
I would highly recommend this villa to anyone who is looking a for relaxing or extremely busy holiday, suitable for anyone or families with children.
The agents handled everything from start to finish superbly and promptly returned the security deposit upon our return. -

The house is well laid out, clean,well decorated, has all the amenities. Great location. Close to anything you need. Quiet, private. Really enjoyed the early morning, by the pool having coffee looking over the lake with the birds flying around, My family also enjoyed the extra area by the pool. I look forward to returning next year with some of my friends

This villa is the creme de la creme of villas (and we have stayed in a few) it is simply stunning, the decor and furnishings are 5 star. It has a well equipped games room for the kids, the pool is a really good size, as well as the living areas and bedrooms, it is huge! We always have 2 cars on our holidays so to have two drives was a luxury. The location is great too just of the the 192, 15 mins from Disney, and 30 mins from Universal. Villa also has a door alarm to the pool which is great if you have toddlers. We stayed on this community last year as well it is really nice as it doesnt feel the houses are all on top of each other. And for the money why would anyone stay in a hotel!!
