Description
**Winner of 2012 top vacation rental by Flipkey** Luxury 4 bedroom villa just 10 minutes from Disney. Located on Bentley Oaks, a small subdivision of only 100 homes. Large master bedroom with King size bed and en suite bathroom. Flat screen tv with dvd and digital cable. Second bedroom with double bed and flat screen tv. Two further rooms with twin beds. Family room has double sofa bed as well. House was totally refurbished this year with all new furnishings. Family room has a large flat screen smart tv with Amazon Prime installed and Netflix enabled if you have an account. Outside we have a heated south facing swimming pool that is 32'x16'. Pool heat if required is charged at $20 per day. Please let us know if you require it. Outside the screened pool area there is a seperate sunbathing deck for true sun worshipers. The pool backs on to a natural area so is not overlooked by anyone and is very private.
We are just off junction 58 of the I4 at Champions Gate. Here you can find a championship golf course, a supermarket several restaurants and fast food outlets. For peace and quiet it is a perfect location and if you want to be in the centre of everything you are only 5 minutes drive away.

“We have found our Paradise”
We can't think of anywhere for a better value. This home recently upgraded with a new kitchen, new bathrooms, new furniture and new pool lounges. The home is well maintained and very comfortable. We called to advise about damaged screens around the pool and within a couple days a crew was here and all the damaged areas were replaced with new screens. The A/C is wonderful, the pool is heated to our liking. The area is quiet, but close to everything. On our second day we rebooked for next year. Dinos, the owner, is very cooperative quick to resond. Also looks like the home was freshly painted. Paradise. Thanks Dinos.

“Lovely 4 bedroom villa”
I’ve just come back from a brilliant holiday and stayed for a week in this lovely villa. All big rooms and everything you could possibly need. Very good location - not too far from the parks. There are some nice restaurants nearby and shops too. Would definitely recommend staying here.
