"Lakeview" Villa is situated on the peacful community of Sandy Ridge. Each villa is unique in that it has either a lake view or conservation view - We feel extremely lucky that we have both!

In the Games room we have Professional Pool Table & air-hockey,a selection of board games to keep you busy. A ceiling fan is provided to keep you cool.

Furnished to the highest standards with 2 settees,1 chair & a foot stool. A huge 46" Widescre...en T.V

DVD Player and Cable T.V., also an Ipod docking station on the c.d/radio player, film & book library.

The Family Room leads out onto the covered Lanai and Pool area via large patio doors making this a very light and sunny space to relax in. Ceiling fan is provided for a little breeze or to really cool you down the villa is fully air-conditioned.

Our 30' Pool/Spa overlooks this fantastic scenery- A tranquil lake and wooded conservation area where we have seen lots of local wildlife inc. birds, fish and even wild pigs. There is also a BBQ for al-fresco dining. The pool has a child safety security fence and pool toys and plenty of sunloungers, table & chairs

The villa has 2 en-suite bedrooms.

This is the Queen Room. As you can see the bathroom has W.C. , Sink basin and vanity unit and Family sized shower. The bedroom has Queen size bed (in UK terms this would be a king size), huge dressing table and mirror, bedside drawers, large built-in closet(with hangers) and portable cable t.v. Ceiling fans are standard in all bedrooms.

My favourite Room! - Disneys nemo twin room is especially for all kids (grown-ups too!).. this room is very bright and has its own built-in closet, set of drawers, bedside drawers and cable t.v + ceiling fan.

The 2nd twin bedroom. We have tried to give this room a true floridian feel with palm trees aplenty. Again bedside drawers, chest of drawers and built-in closet are provided along with cable portable t.v and ceiling fan.

For informal dining eg. breakfast, the small 4 seater table + 2 tall breakfast bar stools are ideal. The kitchen comes with every gadget and appliance you could ever need including fridge freezer, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker and toaster.All mpots, pans, crockery, cutlery, utensils, glassware and plastic ware (for outside use!!) is provided. Just off the kitchen is the Utility complete with huge American washer and dryer, iron + ironing board, airer, mop, brush etc - Everything you would expect at home!

The large suite of rooms. First is the bedroom itself with Huge King Size bed, 2 bedside drawers, dresser and mirror plus an extra set of tall drawers. This then leads into the Walk-in Closet with enough space to hang all your clothes, store all your suitcases etc. This also leads into the ensuite bathroom complete with, extra large vanity unit, sink, bath and large shower cubicle. Off this room is the W.C. The W.C. also has an external door that leads out onto the pool area - preventing the need to run through the villa in wet costumes to go to the loo! I must also point out that both this W.C. Door and The Patio Doors are fitted with Child Alarms for your extra safety.

The pool is completely encased to prevent any insects etc from pestering you. The pool is south-facing so you get the sun from dawn 'til dusk and we have an extended deck area. Plus extra pool furniture and Gas BBQ for your pleasure. - What better way to relax after a hard days park-hopping or shopping than to enjoy a glass of wine or two! whilst relaxing in the bubbling spa at sunset.Read more

SANDY RIDGE IS A BEAUTIFULLY THOUGHT OUT AREA WITH LAKES AND CONSERVATION AREAS.WE ARE LUCKY TO BACK ONTO A LAKE AND
WOODLAND AREA, WAKE UP TO THIS GORGEOUS VIEW EVERY MORNING.
IT IS 2 MINUTES AWAY FROM THE I.4 AND CHAMPIONS GATE, 2 MINUTES FROM SUPERMARKETS, RESTAURANTS, TAKE AWAYS,PHARMACISTS ETC.
IT IS ONLY 10 MINUTES FROM THE DISNEY GATES AND 30 MINUTES FROM UNIVERSAL.
THERE IS A PLAY AREA FOR SMALL CHILDREN NEAR BY, WE ALSO HAVE A GAMES ROOM AND POOL TO PLAY IN, WITH A SAFETY GATE FOR THE
SAFETY OF NONE SWIMMERS.
THERE IS A GOLF COARSE 2 MINUTES AWAY AT RE-UNION AND ALSO CHAMPIONS GATE.

  The Ideal Orlando-area Family Villa

  My family (my wife and I plus two kids, 10 & 7) stayed for two weeks in October 2011. All I can say is that the place had everything we needed - and more!
  
  With four bedrooms, the villa could comfortably accommodate double the people we had. The bedrooms (both kids shared the excellent kids-themed room having previously been adamant they would have separate rooms) and the common living areas are very good sizes and the kitchen was great too.
  
  The little outdoor jacuzzi spa was a regular evening treat (little tip - let it warm up for 10 minutes before you get in and remember to put the cover on afterwards to retain heat) and the pool itself was well used. It was lovely seeing so much bird-life from the pool area.
  
  The only criticism we had of the whole stay was the pool lights didn't work so the kids didn't use the pool after sun set.
  
  We received lots of information about the villa and the surrounding areas + theme parks which were full of hints and tips. The tip-off for the best grocery stores, for example, was very handy.
  
  The location is ideal, close enough to the parks (10-15 mins from Disney, 20-25 mins from Universal) yet far enough away that you feel like you're away from the madness. And being on the Southside of Orlando, striking out for Tampa and/or Clearwater means you don't have to battle Orlando traffic.
  
  The price was right as well and all in all, it's an absolutely fabulous villa and I would recommend it to anyone.
