The villa is well equipped, maintained to a very high standard and contains many facilities and extras not usually found in a rental property.
After a thrilling day at the theme parks or a day on the golf course, head back to your own private pool & Jaccuzzi/Spa where you can relax on the pool deck with the comfortable padded seating and sun-beds.

We have stayed in this villa numerous times, each time with a different set of friends/family. Every time we have had useful information from Steve & Veronica about what to do, where to go, where to eat, where to shop etc., each time the information being updated from before. The villa is large enough for full occupation without feeling too crowded, the covered seating area around the pool being an added bonus. The pool and spa always get plenty of use when we are there, they are a great place to relax particularly after a day in the theme parks! There is a local store nearby that stocks the essentials and plenty of larger supermarkets within a 20 minute range. A hire car is a necessity for staying in this villa and Steve and Veronica have always managed to get us a fantastic deal for this. On our last stay we ventured away from the theme parks and visited a State Park and Clearwater bay, both beautiful places that would have been difficult to visit without the hire car. This villa and it's owners knowledge of the area really are the complete package for a home from home holiday, you really won't want to come home!

The service was excellent. We have used this villa many times over the years. And think of it as our villa. The villa is furnished to a high standered. And homely it has a large swimming pool. There is a pool table in the garage and lots of things to keep the kids amused it it very close to a publix. And many places to eat. Within a short drive. It is also very close to the I 4 motorway and to all the parks and malls and outlets. We all loved the villa and could not say anything negative and look forward to booking it again

We found a lovely roomy 6 Bedroom Luxury Villa awaiting us, on the quiet & secluded Sunridge Woods Community, less than 5 minutes off the popular Highway to Disney - Hw27. So much nicer than those homes right on the busy highway.
Its a real home from home, with all the important comforts, and obviously well maintained and used by its owners. Its so nice to get a property , that clearly means something special to its owners, as opposed to some rental properties that resemble hotel rooms.
Great Pool & Spa area.
Having taken vacations in Orlando each year for the last 15 years, this property is by far the best we have stayed in.
We hope to return again later this year, and Steve & Veronica will be our first reservation phone call.

From our first conversation with Veronica regarding the hire of the villa I knew we would be in very good hands the whole experience was very professional from sorting our flights to car hire and offering advice about the area. Veronica went the extra mile to make sure our holiday was one to remember hence our return 3 times to the villa.
The Villa is extremely spacious all the bedrooms were very roomy which was great as other villa experinces have meant some of the family have had to sleep on sofabed settees so this was great.You have got all mod-cons in the kitchen which made cooking so easy not having to make do was a real bonus.The games room was a huge hit with the kids keeping them occupied while the adults relaxed round the pool total bliss.
The villa is in the perfect location to escape the hustle and bustle of the parks enabling you to recharge your batteries for the next park visit.

travelled with Veronica a few times and stayed at Veronica and Steve's villa twice. Always trouble free and well organised.
Villa is so comfortable and relaxing - feel safe with the children and its really well located for all the main routes. Lots of shops and supermarkets not too far away.

The fact that we have been to this villa 3 times and are thinking of a 4th visit speaks for how great it is! The villa is so spacious and clean, it has all the facilities of home and more, pool overlooking the lake,games room especially popular. We love the location of the villa with local shops and restaurants and a 20 min drive to Disney World. The owners of the villa are such a great help with any info we needed just at the end of the telephone. The only problem we have with this villa is that we cannot go there more often!

The owners were most helpful in the booking process and giving us all the local information we needed. The villa was very comfortable with a lovely private pool and jacuzzi. It was also a bonus having the games and sports equipment in the converted garage to pass the evenings in. It was very handy for all the local Disney and Orlando theme parks and attractions. I wouldn't hesitate to use the villa again and recommend it to friends and family.

I've stayed at Steve and Veronica's villa numerous times now and keep coming back for more - I mean, why wouldn't you? Top notch facilities, pool, jacuzzi, internet access, TV in pretty much every room and a fantastic location, convenient for everything. Nearby supermarket and restaurants if you can't be bothered going far or cooking after a day out at the parks (or often flying in my case), and all this for a price which beats any decent hotel in the Orlando area. Stay there again? No brainer, I'm off back there in 2 weeks for a month!

This is a Fabulous Villa in Orlando, Florida. The owners were very helpful before our Holiday, giving us excellent advice on where to go and what to see.
The Villa itself is fantastic. It was clean, well kept and spacious. It had everything needed to make our stay really enjoyable. All of the rooms were an excellent size. My children spent their time at the villa in the pool and games room. The hot tub and pool area were an excellent place to relax at the end of the day.
The Villa is located at a nice distance from the theme parks and other Orlando attractions. It is near the main road network so we were able to have a day at coast and the Kennedy Space Centre.
