If you are looking for luxurious living on a budget then Villa Disney at Waterstone Resort in Davenport, Florida is definitely worth your consideration. A gracious Florida setting surrounds this ultra-modern chic Villa, which is tiled and carpeted throughout, with granite worktops and island in the kitchen, and super...bly tiled bathrooms with Jacuzzi Spa in both Master Baths, are the final touches that put this Villa in the 5 star luxury category. We can sleep from 2 to 8 guests.

Our Villa has four bedrooms, four bathrooms. One En-suite Master bedroom with a Queen bed with Jacuzzi Spa for 2 is located on the first floor and on the second floor is the second Master En-suite bedroom with a King bed and Jacuzzi Spa. This bedroom has French doors which lead to a large tiled European style balcony (sit and have early morning coffee and watch the Hot Air Balloons, go by). There are additional two guest bedrooms, one with a Queen bed and the other have two Twin beds and is decorated with elegance and whimsy, in mind. The guest bath is conveniently located close to the large guest bedrooms. There is a laundry area located on the second floor with top of the line, front load washer and dryer. On, the main floor of the Villa, you will find a comfortable, spacious, open and bright living room area, dining room with bar and seating for 8, half bath and a Master-Suite with Bath. The Villa comes equipped with a gourmet kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, microwave, ceramic glass-top cook range, garbage disposal, icemaker, many small appliances, granite counter tops and an island for additional cooking prep and eating space.

There is a 55" flat screen HDTV vios, DVD player and movies in the living room and additional 3 flat screen TV's in the bedrooms. Cable and Wi-Fi makes life enjoyable. 5 Ceiling fans are located throughout the Villa.

Enjoy the private courtyard at the entrance of the home. Sit out under the colorful cafe umbrellas and have breakfast and dinner, while enjoying the tropical garden setting. The new pool (to open soon) is located a few steps from our Villa and you can stay in shape or tone up your muscles in the state-of-the-art fitness room. Our New Pool has been completed. The new Cabana (completed in May) will feature a fitness center, showers, reception area, childrens area and kitchen . The pool area will have cabana lounges tables and chairs and umbrellas. The cabana/pool area will offer ample seating for taking in the Florida sunshine and only a few feet from the Villa.

The Villa Disney is conveniently located within a few steps to the pool and cabana. Pool towels are provided in the Villa for your convenience.

Crisp and clean linens are supplied, as well as coffee, sugar, spices, body soap, and shampoos, laundry detergent, dish soap and paper products. Please keep in mind to replace any item, so the next guest will be able to have the same amenity.

The Villa near Disney is located in a quite community and has a Mediterranean feel, with a large private courtyard for dining and entertaining and set in tropical setting. The resort boasts picturesque brickwork in the courtyards, drive areas, pool area and terracotta tiled roofs.

The Waterstone Resort is a new community and is near all major highways, I4, 195, 27, Florida Turnpike and I-95. The Orlando International Airport, Sanford International Airport and Tampa are some of the major Airports nearby. There are major chain supermarkets, take-outs, bars and grills, banks and shopping centers are all within an easy drive.

Legacy Golf Course, Reunion Golf Course and Champions Gate Golf Course and more than 25 other courses are within 15 minutes drive and make this home an ideal haven for golfers.

Disney World is less than 12 minutes away. SeaWorld and Universal as well as all Orlando Attractions are within a short distance from our vacation home.

We are located off I-4 exit 55, in Davenport, Fl. go north on 27 to Waterstone Resort on the right. Turn Right on to Terra del Sol Blvd, Right on Costa Blanca Way and left on Bella Vista Dr go to #2762 on your left. To Disney take 27 North about 5 miles to 192 and then go east about 5 miles to the frontgate of Disney. All other attractions have easy access off I-4 North.

Full Payment due 45 days prior to arrival. No refunds within the 45 days unless rental time can be filled. $75.00 cancellation fee
Cleaning rates may change with out notification

Copy of Photo ID is required (Drivers license or Passport)
Cancellations will be refunded if notified 45 days in advance of reservation date. If not within this time refunds will be based on acquiring another reservation.
All cancellations will require a $75.00 cancellation fee.
Deposits will be returned within 15 days after departure.

  This house was perfect for our trip to Orlando. It was close to all the attractions and in a great area--easy to get to and not a lot of traffic. The house has all the amenities that you need: large kitchen, several bedrooms and bathrooms, dining area, living area, and three outdoor spaces. Everything was comfortable and clean and everthing we needed was provided: sheets, towels, toiletries, hair dryer, kitchen supplies, etc. We didn't make use of the pool while we were there, but it's directly across from the villa and was brand new. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone visiting Orlando.

  The Villa is brand new and beautiful. All the furnishings are upscale and super clean. The location is perfect for Disney and other attractions in the area. We found the location easy to get to other attractions. There are many wonderful restaurants within easy commute as well as many shopping areas. We were very comfortable and felt like our accommodations were very luxurious. Pat and Linda, the owners, were very prompt with answering the few questions we had. We will definitely plan to revisit this property again.
