Enjoy Your Stay: The first floor of this luxorious villa is tiled including a formal living and dining area. The living area has a leather sofa, a love seat and 42" flat screen TV for guests to enjoy. The formal dining area seats 8 people with unique art works surounded. Beautiful window treatments, artwork ,accent painted walls and an upgraded furniture package makes this villa very homely and welcoming. There is a bedroom on the first floor with 2 double beds and 32" flat screen TV. The open concept design of the great room includes a kitchen, breakfast nook and family room, with brand new high end modern furniture and stainless steel appliances. This huge welcoming area is the perfect place for family/friends to gather. The family room has a comfortable leather sofa bed, love seat and 47" flat screen TV with a Nintendo Wii station. Upstairs has four bedrooms. The first is a master bedroom with a king-sized bed and an ensuite. A huge balcony with brand new patio furniture faces Disney park (you may be able to see Disney fireworks at night); the second has a king-sized bed with a 32" TV; the third has two twin-sized beds decorated in a pirates theme; the fourth has two canopy beds decorated in a princess theme. There is also a sitting area with a reading desk. The game room is sticks to a New York night life theme and is well equipped with multiple game tables, including pool, football and air hockey.

Enjoy the Pool: The pool is accessed via the family room, the covered lanai with a patio table and chairs is perfect for al fresco dining or for shade. Enjoy the pool and spa or sunbathe on the pool deck. Pool heater is also available.

This luxurious 5 bedroom/3 bathroom vacation rental home offers spacious accommodations for up to 14 people. It is located in the prestigious Hamlet at West Haven gated community, an ideal location for Disney and is just moments away from Champions Gate Golf, Shops and Restaurants.

We bought the villa in September 2011. We re-furnished the entire house with the help from a professional interior designer. All furniture styles and colors have been carefully selected, all window treatments and beddings are designed to match the furniture. It is truely gorgeous.
