This luxuriously presented courtyard Villa is situated in the lovely gated community of Tuscan Hills, Davenport – ideally located just one mile south of Highway 192 and within 6 miles of Walt Disney World.
The single story Villa is big enough for a large family, with three good sized bedrooms, a sofa bed and lots of living space – all air conditioned and furnished to a very high standard. You will be able to relax in the pool or sit under the covered lanai.

Our beautiful 3 bedroom courtyard villa is situated on the gated community of Tuscan Hills.
Located in Davenport, the villa is set in an ideal location just off Highway 27 and one mile south of the 192, about 6 miles from Walt Disney World. The two Orlando Airports are both within easy reach with Orlando International just 30 minutes away by car and Sanford under an hour.
The single story courtyard villa is big enough to accommodate a large family with three good sized bedrooms and lots of living space, all air conditioned and furnished to a very high standard.
You will be able to relax in the private pool, sit under the covered lanai with its cooling ceiling fan or simply retire inside and relax.
If you like Golf, you are ideally positioned - there are numerous good courses to be found within a 25 mile radius of the Villa including the award winning highlands Reserve, Southern Dunes and the Champions Gate course.
If it’s the theme parks you are interested in, then Walt Disney world, Sea World and Busch Gardens are all nearby.
Tuscan Hills has its own fantastic Mediterranean-style clubhouse with air-conditioned gymnasium, children’s games room, tennis courts and basketball courts. Opposite Tuscan Hills, just a short distance there are essential amenities such as a Bank, restaurant, bar and supermarket.

A lovely villa exactly as described and shown in the photos. It was spacious and comfortable with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We have already booked to return.
The location is quiet and well looked after, which is great if you want to enjoy time relaxing by the pool or when you come back from a hectic day at the parks. There is a large supermarket only a few minutes away and restaurants if you want to eat out locally.
The theme parks, shopping outlets and malls are all within easy reach by car.
