Our home is specially tailored to meet your every need in this central part of Florida where the sun always shines and the many attractions of the area are on the doorstep. We are less than 8 miles from Disney, about 15 minutes by car. With your own private pool for that relaxing swim after a hectic day at the theme parks, a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable, spacious living and sleeping arrangements, it is the ideal place for a superb holiday. The villa is suitable for all ages with a cot and high chair provided, family accommodation and a large walk in shower for those with mobility difficulties. The quiet rural, lakeland setting makes for a great escape and the community of Bridgewater Crossing has additional facilities for all ages available to guests if a day at home is what you require. The villa is equipped with free Wi-fi or wired internet access and cable TV in all three bedrooms as well as in the main living area. There is a plentiful supply of books, games, jigsaws and DVDs for guest use. All bed linen and towels are provided and phone calls to the USA, Canada and Puerto Rico are free.

The owners visit every year to carry out all maintenance and improvements and in between times there is our excellent local mangement company who is there to make sure that guests have a trouble free stay and to provide attraction tickets should you require them.Read more

Our villa is situated on a small, mature community in a lakeland setting with addtional facilities including a large community pool, two tennis courts, a volley ball court and basketball area all available to guests. There is also a children's playground, recently re-equipped to a high standard. Shopping facilities are less than a mile away at the attractive Champions Gate complex with a large supermarket, pharmacy, banks, petrol and restaurants for eating in or take-away. The Posner Park retail outlet 4 miles away can be reached along a county road in minutes where you will find a larger variety of stores for clothes, gifts etc.
The villa is about a 40 minute drive from Orlando International airport and a little longer from Sanford. A car is essential and there is ample parking at the villa for two or more vehicles.
Disney, Universal, Wet 'n Wild, Sea World, Legoland and several golf courses are all within easy reach of the villa as well as many other attractions. Horse riding or fishing can also be enjoyed locally. Cape Canaveral and either the Gulf or Atlantic coastal resorts are about one hour away by car. For serious shoppers there are the Premium Outlets for designer brands at discount prices as well as several Nike stores and two extensive malls; the Mall at Millenia (for high-end goods) and the Florida Mall.
Wildlife enthusiasts can explore the Disney Wildnerness Centre about 20 minutes away or The Van Fleet Trail some 30 minutes away. Don't forget to pack your binoculars!

The Florida State tax of 12% is included in the charges quoted. Pool heating, if required, is at a cost of $195 per week. There is no additional charge for cleaning.
