Newly renovated 4 bedrooms/3 bathrooms, 2427 square feet designer's model home; two theme rooms: princes and despicable me.

Every room is professionally decorated, with the window treatment matching bedding and furniture;

Brand new high end furniture with highest quality mattresses ensure a good night's sleep;

South facing private pool with spa; back to green field, children's safty fence, lanai with patio table. An outdoor bbq grill is provided.

Large flat screen tvs (51'' and 4x32''); games room with air hockey, football and basketball.

Gated community with clubhouse, swimming pool, volleyball and tennis courts.

Enjoy your stay: the entire floor of this luxurious villa is tiled including a formal living and dining area. The living area has a leather sofa, a love seat and 51' led tv for guests to enjoy. The formal dining area seats 6 people with unique art works surrounded. Beautiful window treatments, artwork ,accent painted walls and an upgraded furniture package makes this villa very homely and welcoming. The open concept kitchen has a breakfast nook with brand new high end modern furniture and appliances.

The master bedroom has been beautifully decorated, there is a king-sized bed, 2 night tables with lamps, 32' lcd tv/media chest, a crib and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a 32' tv/media chest and again an ensuite bathroom. ; the third bedroom has two twin-sized beds decorated in a 'despicable me' theme; the fourth bedroom has two canopy beds decorated in a princess theme.

Enjoy the pool, game room and the surroundings: the pool is accessed via the living room, the covered lanai with a patio table and chairs, outdoor bbq grill is perfect for al fresco dining or for shade. Enjoy the pool and spa or sunbathe on the pool deck. Pool heater is also available.

The game room is iron man themed and is well equipped with basketball game, football and air hockey.

This villa is located in the prestigious the shire at west have gated community. It boasts some of the best amenities to be found in any vacation home community, including a community clubhouse with a resort-style pool and fitness center, sand volleyball courts, tennis courts, and an abundance of open green space! It is in an extremely convenient location, ten minutes driving to disney world, two minutes to champions gate golf and plaza (many restaurants, publix supermarket) and five minutes to posnar park mall.

“Its not 15 minutes fromparks”

I just double checked on Google maps and it shows the driving time from our home to Animal Kingdom is 16 minutes. Best Regards, James
