I have both positive and negative things to say about this house. Let me preface my comments with saying that EasyChoice has an opportunity to make this right. If they don't, we won't be renting from them again and neither will any of our friends. First, the overall value of this house is spectacular. However, what happened to us on the first night in the home (2/14) was the stuff Dateline specials are made of. When we arrived at the home the lockbox was wide open with the key available to anyone who might want to take it. When we entered the home it was an inferno. Somebody had set the thermostat upstairs and downstairs to 81! And there was a plastic, locked cover over both thermostats. After reading the rental manual cover to cover and finding no information about a hidden key to the thermostat cover, I called the after-hours service. The young lady I talked to started laughing and said "usually people complain it's too cold...I can't believe there is a locked cover on it!". She told me she would call back. She never did. So I called again. Another girl told me that there was nothing she could do & that I'd have to wait until morning. I explained to her that I have three small children and a 66 year old mother with a pacemaker that would not be able to sleep in this type of heat. She very curtly said, "hold on" then placed me on hold and returned to say "they will call you". I waited another 1/2 hour and still no call. I called back & the girl at the answering service said "we told you that there's nothing we can do, you are going to have to wait until the morning". As I started explaining to her how unacceptable this was she said "goodbye Ms. Kane" & hung up on me. My family got no sleep that night due to the excessive heat. Our first full day at Disney was ruined due to my children being so overtired they couldn't participate. Great Vacations, not very happy with the managment company

The house itself was great, we found it very comfortable and cozy. It has clean, organized, and well equipped. However we did not like a couple of things from the management company.
1. We did not receive the check in information in the time specified in the contract, I had several conversations with different people and they do not seem to care about my situation. At the end, I talked to abby Maldonado who was very helpful and did her best to find a solution to my problems. Nonetheless it is for my unacceptable that I have to call the company several times and ask for some information and at the end I found out that the management company required additional information from my side that was never specified in the contract, and that was requested one day before my arrival.
2. I paid for the pool to be heated, and I had to call because the system was not turned on.
3. I paid for the gas grill and there was no gas.
Overall I do not like the service provided for the company, all my requests were resolved because I ended up with an employee that did care about my stay in the house but I did not get the feeling from the rest of people that I had to deal in several phone calls. Thanks abby Maldonado.
I do have to say that after abby took over the situation, the pool system was working fine and we even got a brand new grill, she was on top of everything, unfortunately my rating is based on the whole experience and because of here I rated this rental average otherwise I am quite sure I would have to involve lawyers.
Regarding the house I strongly recommend to change the mattresses, the quality of all of them is very poor for such a nice house. Also the house needs a better router (one of this century will be ok) and internet connection

We couldn't have been any happier with this rental. You just really truly never know what you're going to actually get and the pictures online don't do this rental any justice. We had more than enough space and then some and was extremely clean. I would definitely rent this house again. We had quite a crew over on our last day for a cookout and it turned out perfectly!!!

we had a fantastic time---gated community made us feel very safe--the villa was superb--had a few minor things needed doing but these were all sorted very quickly.The villa itself was lovely--shops etc were very close and easily within an easy drive.

The house is fabulous. It has a lot of space. Also the space around the pool is large enough for 6 persons like our party. We experienced the two siting area's in the house as very convenient.
About Easy Choice Property Management:
Problem with the (over)heating of the pool (104 F) took them 1 week and 1/2 to get it solved. Received no excuses or feed back from this company.

The only negative was that the pool heat was not functioning properly. Repair man wasnt sent to fix until the day before departure. Other then that, the property was excellent! We took 11 people and we all slept comfortable. All amenities were updated and in great shape. The house was a great fit for my group. We wanted to rent again in September 2011, Labor Day weekend but to expensive that weekend. So we will rent again in the future.
