"Superlative views of St. Barts" is how one renter described the view from Princess Heights unit 402.

From the time you walk in through the mahogany front door, you'll know why this luxury boutique hotel with its granite counter tops, recessed lighting and marble floors, is consistently rated by visitors as one of the top rental experiences on the island.

Unit 402 is a spacious, 1000 sf, 1 bedroom, 1 and 1/2 bath condo. Our condo has been repainted, a new central a/c unit has been installed and the kitchen has been upgraded with stainless steel appliances, blender, and a coffee/cappuccino machine. New living room furniture includes a queen size pullout sofa and an over-sized single pull out chair, both with extra plush mattresses. There is a flat screen TV and DVD player and free broadband internet. The bedroom has a king size pillow-top mattress, 500 thread-count duvet comforter, flat screen TV and DVD player.

A short walk or drive down the hill will put you on Dawn Beach which you've already seen from the balcony. Rated by many travel magazines as one of the most beautiful beaches in the Caribbean, you can relax under the palm trees or find great snorkeling right off the beach. However, there are many world class beaches a rental car drive away! Visit Orient Beach, the most famous on the island with many bars, restaurants and activities. Pinel Island, a 10 minute ferry ride from French Cul-de-Sac, with warm, calm crystal clear water. Plum Bay (Baie aux Prunes in French) and Baie Longue are both beautiful nearly deserted mile long beaches. There are many more beaches to discover as well, each as beautiful as the next! You may want to take a day to cruise to Anguilla, St. Barts, or Saba, beautiful islands which can be seen from St. Maarten/St. Martin.

After a long day at the beach, take a dip in Princess Height's Olympic size pool, which is never crowded, or relax on the large covered balcony with a cool exotic drink.

With a full kitchen, you can easily eat meals in, though the island boasts many world class restaurants. Grand Case is well known throughout the Caribbean and the world for its restaurants. But there are many other fine restaurants throughout the island.

We take pride in our condo and want to make your visit as comfortable and as memorable as possible. Never hesitate to ask a question or let us know if there is something we can do to make it more enjoyable.
