Newly Renovated 3 LARGE bedroom Condo. Dawn Beach Club on Dawn Beach in St. Maarten, Dutch side on the border of the French side. Week 7 February break, all other weeks aren't guaranteed any particular building or floor, depends on availability.

February break (week 7) BRAND NEW BUILDING C. TOP FLOOR, CORNER UNIT, SPECTACULAR VIEWS.

AVAILABLE TO RENT ANY WEEK OF THE YEAR INCLUDING HOLIDAYS (if available).

ALL OTHER WEEKS other than week 7, ROOM/FLOOR WILL VARY.

The three bedroom condo is thoughtfully appointed for luxury and comfort. Amenities include flat 45 inch screen TVs, spacious dining areas, indulgent beds adorned with 400 thread count linens, luxurious bathrooms and granite countertops in a gourmet kitchen.

Dive into the freshwater pool and swim up to the bar. Poolside events.

Posted pictures views from rooms vary depending on floor, etc.. Master bedroom and living room open up to balcony with ocean view, 2 bedrooms have no ocean view.
