Gianna is a lovely, newly completed ('2005) waterfront villa overlooking Dawn Beach, one of the island's finest. The home offers exceptional views of the sea and nearby Dawn Beach.
The villa is a split level style and the interiors offer tiled floors and are furnished with rattan and hand made mahogany pieces imported from Indonesia.
The upper level offers stunning views from the living, dining and kitchen areas. The villa boasts a custom kitchen with modern stainless steel appliances and brightly colored blue tile that nicely complements the white shutter cabinet doors. We were so surprised at how lovely this villa was for our holiday vacation. The view was exceptional and we loved Dawn beach. You really can\'t beat the value at this home.
