Our visit was for our twenty-fifth anniversary. The location was mesmerizing for a romantic vacation. We enjoyed every minute watching the tides roll in and out. The pictures on the website don't do the house the proper justice.
The only advice I'd give is do not leave any doors or windows open at night, the mosquitos do get a little crazy. -

Rooms were clean-Great kitchen family room view.House keeper was very nice. The process of renting and getting there was made very easy.The two things i had a problem with were, the road to the right was terrible could not even drive 5 mph with out bottoming out in the car.and the add did make it seem like you could walk down to the beach right from the villa.Other than that we had a great time and enjoy every minute of our stay there.

Location was exactly what we had hoped for, relaxing, beautiful, quiet, and safe. Bed was firm but otherwise comfortable. Could have used an extra pillow (only two on the bed). All appliances worked as they should. Views are wonderful. Pool water was still a bit cool for swimming. Internet access did not work while we were there, but I suspect it is a change to the dns servers on the part of the provider. There are dining choices, a small grocery, and Dawn Beach all near the house. Be warned, the road from the house to Dawn Beach/Oyster Pond is very rough, the small rentals can make it, but pick your path wisely and go slow.
