Views-views-views ! Peck Plaza is the tallest building on the beach, and it's unique round shape offers panoramic views of the beach, the city and the Halifax River. Each room has a wall of windows with lots to see from our 14th floor vantage point. Our split bedroom plan is perfect for two couples traveling together, or families with children, offering privacy for all. We have the largest two level sundeck on the beach, with a pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, tennis court and basketball/handball court. Plenty of lounge chairs and tables with umbrellas too.

Take a vacation on the World's Most Famous Beach! We are directly on the beach near shops, golf, entertainment and night life. Do it all or just relax on your 14th floor balcony overlooking the waves. This condo is a short drive south of the Main Street Pier where you can see a free concert at the bandshell, visit the Boardwalk, take the kids on the rides or enjoy the Water Park. Head south from the condo to the SunGlow Pier for a great breakfast, lunch or dinner at famous Crabby Joe's. The kids will love our location where you can rent four-wheelers, bicycles and golf carts to ride on the beach. All just steps from our door. Take a day trip to see Mickey Mouse or Harry Potter, or just drive down the beach to your favorite restaurant. Have dinner at the Top of Daytona, just an elevator ride away on the 29th floor. The views up there are amazing, and they have a relaxing lounge and a wonderful gourmet menu. Peck Plaza is a wonderful vacation destination for you and your family and friends!

The $200 damage deposit is gladly refunded after your stay if the condo is returned to us just as you found it. Events such as holiday weeks, Bike Week, Race Week, Biketoberfest and Coke Zero 400 are higher than published season rates. Call for details. The home was excellent! It had all the comforts of home and more! We really enjoyed ourselves. The view from the condo balcony was great, the bedroom views were amazing daytime and at night! The pool and Hottub was great spent alot of time there! The ocean and the beach was everything I could only amagine. The top of Daytona was nice, but to expensive to eat up there. The location was great! We liked everything about it the whole trip! The only thing that I Didnt like is that the pool door closes at 11:00.

Tina is excellent to work with renting this condo. She expalined everything in detail and provided timely communications and information. We really enjoyed staying at this condo, especially having the two private sections (since we shared with another couple). The location is great, the beach is huge and literally 10 steps from the pool deck! Pool, pool deck and jaccuzzi were all very clean and well maintained. We did not take advantage of the excersize or recreation room, but they too were very nice too. We loved the private, secured underground parking and building security. We had a blst and felt very relaxed during our stay. We will definitely try and stay at Peck Plaza when return to Daytona Beach.

I have been coming to Daytona Beach for vacations for many years, and have stayed at many different condos/resorts. This year my family and I had very limited time - only 4 days - so we didn't need to have any glitches. This condo in Peck Plaza is everything and much more than advertised. It provides amazing views of the ocean and the river. (I could live on the balcony!) The property is very clean, comfortable, safe, equipped exceptionally well, and private. We never noticed any noise from adjacent condos. I cannot recommend this condo or owner any more highly.

We had a great time at peck plaza! The building is old and a little outdated but it was very clean and that's a major plus for me. The beds in this unit were the most comfortable I've ever slept in and I really liked the fact that there is a washer and dryer making our stay very easy and comfortable. We will absolutely stay here again!

Tina thought of everything. We did not have to bring beach chairs. She even had beach toys for Children and adults . The place was immaculate and exactly like the advertisement . We would stay again and hope to soon. I cannot recommend it enough . You won't be disappointed. With the accommodations . She has thought of everything.

We had 4 staying in this condo. Plenty of room to move around and the beds were very comfortable. All the kitchen and laundry needs are right there and along with 2 bathrooms made this a great place to stay. The balcony is big enough for 4 people to sit there comfortably and the views of the ocean are fantastic. You can also get a great view from the guest room and since you're facing east you'll love the sunrise.
Tina was very professional in her correspondence and provided us with everything we needed to know. We arrived before the busy season in May so the beach was relatively quiet but it's a large beach and I have the feeling even when it's more crowded it would be a great place to stay. We have taken 7 or 8 beach vacations and we feel this was one of our favorite beach spots.
The property has a nice pool 3-6 ft deep and a very spacious deck to overlook the ocean if you don't feel like going down on the sand. You'll see nothing but ocean and sky. Near that area is a tennis court (so bring your rackets), and we also tried our hand at shuffleboard for the first time since everything was right there for us to play.
The only negative that kept us from giving it 5 stars was that the guest room became very warm as soon as the sun started coming up. The air conditioning did not seem to flow as well in there but there is a ceiling fan that helps and they have a couple of floor fans provided. Nights weren't quite as bad although it wasn't as cool as the rest of the rooms. So it's recommended to keep the shades pulled until later in the day in the guest room. But overall we were very happy with the stay and felt that it was a real good value. -

We spent the week in Peck Plaza and it was perfect. We loved being right on the beach and near restaurants. The deck was fabulous. Everything was clean and comfortable all the time. My only complaint, which is not the fault of Peck Plaza, is that some selfish people will go out early in the morning before 7:30 or even the night before and "claim" lounge chairs around the pool for themselves so that, even if they are not in the pool area, no one else feels welcome to use them. People who want to be guaranteed a lounge chair at any time of the day sould rent one on the beach or bring their own.

This was just what we needed. Tina's Condo was perfect. It was Clean, comfortable and beatifully decorated. We travelled with two teenagers so we had plenty of room and were never in eachother's way. It was close to attractions and restaurants. And right on the beach. The view was magnificant. We had our coffee on the balcony every morning. Would definately stay here again.

We loved staying at Peck Plaza! Tina was wonderful to work with from beginning to end. She responds quickly to your questions and provides detailed information before you get there. The condo was perfect for our family of 3 but we could have definately fit more people comfortably. I loved being right on the beach and being able to slip down there whenever we felt like it. we loved tina's place. my wife and daughter stayed for 5 nights and could not have been happier. i think the thing that sticks out for me alot was all the small things that we kept finding ( board games, extra towels, condiments) it felt more like home rather then some place to stay.

This was my first time renting a condo unit from an owner. I was apprehensive because I was not sure how the process would work and if I would actually get a unit that looked like the photos. The unit was actually nicer than depicted in the pictures. The process of mailing the fee and getting the key was very smooth. The unit was sparkling clean and we all loved it. We wish we could have stayed longer. It was perfect.

We took our daughter to her favorite place, Daytona Beach, to celebrated her 21st birthday. We had the best time that we have ever had in the many times we have vacationed there. It was like being at home away from home. Very comfortable and lots of fun! Can't wait to go back for another great time and hope we can stay at the same condo.

Our stay was great! We enjoyed our morning coffee watching the Pelicans glide by from our balcony. Each day we had a peaceful swim in the pool and tanning beach-side. There were lots of wonderful restaurants and very interesting sightseeing in nearby Ponce Inlet.

We stayed during the off season, so it was very quiet. BEAUTIFUL VIEWS from every room. We were a group of 5 ladies enjoying a long weekend and found the condo to be more than expected. Everyone raved all weekend!

It helped make our family's vacation the best ever. We did not want for anything at our condo, only groceries!!!! It has been the best equipped condo we have stayed in ever and I have stayed in plenty. I would recommend this condo. It was right on the beach and close to everything that we wanted to do. We have family in Ormond Beach and Port Orange and were within a 5 minute drive to them. There was not a thing we did not like about the condo. Tina was very helpful and for the price, it was a "steal"!!!!!! If I go back to Daytona, ever, I will definitely stay here!!!!! I have your number and email, Tina!!!!

Wonderful views and comfortable accommodations! We love this condo. The floor plan is perfectly designed to allow privacy for two couples and Peck Plaza had everything our family needed for entertainment. We enjoyed the tennis and basketball courts, as well as the pool and hot tub. The best part, since we have a toddler, was the ease of access to the beach. A hotel or resort stay could not compare to the comfort and personal touches we enjoyed while staying here. Thanks Tina.

Peck Plaza is a great family vacation destination. Not only is Peck Plaza located right next to a gorgeous beach, the best view in Daytona can be seen right outside your window! The unit is very comfortably decorated with updated furniture and decor and very well maintained. All of our needs were met with this property and we will be sure to visit again!

We spent a wonderful 3 weeks at the condo and we had a wonderful time it was perfect.We are directly on the beach . The owner Tina is very nice and very help ful,
we just drove right to the condo. Everything was in order when we arrived, and we were pleased to learn the first year that we stay in the condo that all the pictures online matched the condo in side and outside. It's actually nicer than the pictures!
We'd definitely recommend this condo for vacation and want to spend a lot other weeks in this condo. We'll be back this year , Tina make us feel like home and we enjoy our stay very much.

we stayed on the 14th floor of this awesome building. All of the amenities we needed were included. Even some toys for our 2 year old to play on the beach. Very spacious and awesome views of the beach. It was so much nicer than staying in a small hotel room and the prices were very reasonable. I HIGHLY recommend peck plaza to families or even multiple couples. I felt at home here and we had a fabulous time. We will someday be back.
