Cable TV, Stereo with CD player, VCR ,DVD Player, Fully equipped kitchen has microwave - stovetop ,refrigerator ,toaster - coffee maker,crock pot,George Foreman grill,counter top convection oven. Better quality stoneware and pots and pans along with your everyday dinnerware-glassware and flatware. There is an iron, ironing board and a hair dryer provided. Bed linens, bath sets and better quality kitchen linens are provided. We have also made sure that there is plenty of storage space available to you!

Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation, security deposit will be forfeited. Refund of the advanced rental will be made only to the extent that a tenant can be found to occupy the vacated time reserved for you. If we are able to rebook the property, we will refund a prorated share of the rental fee for each day we are able to rebook less a $100 cancellation fee.

  Rented 10th Floor 1 bdrm unit as well as unit on 8th floor for mom & dad.
  We did get ocean front not ocean view, since there is a big diffrence. We stayed at this resport once before and did not know that.
  Renatas units are great, clean and very quiet! Daytona Beach Resort is a great location, mall w/rest. and some shopping accross the street. Fridge in units along with coffee maker and dishes allowed us to have breakfast in room every morning. The beach is perfect and cars are not allowed to drive on it, you can walk for mile after mile! We love coming here and will return. There are lots of good restaurants in the area, and if you need something fun to do you can drive to Cape Can. or take a little drive to beautiful St. Augustine. Enjoy!
