While the unit is not oceanfront enjoy both city view and ocean view from your private balcony from this 5th floor unit. conveniently located next to the elevator. Walk right out to the beach or enjoy the view from the beachfront patio and large pool. Please note that the washer and dryer are located right at the foot of the second elevator on the first floor. Within walking distance you can find movies, Main St. fishing pier, shopping and boardwalk amusement park. Disney World, Sea World and all the famous Orlando attractions are only about one hour away. Taxes and cleaning fees in addition to all rates. $250 REFUNDABLE damage deposit in additon ot all rates. Holiday and Special Event rate is $69 per night. Some holidays and special events min. stay is 7 nights. Full payment must be recieved at least 30 days prior to checkin (60 days for special events). Min. age for rental is 23.

I spent the week of april 22 - 29, 2013 at the Daytona Beach Condo owned by Eugene Robinson and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there. A great deal of care had gone into providing everything that I would need to make my stay comfortable. I stayed in Room 519 and therefore enjoyed an excellent view of the ocean from my balcony. When it was too hot to be outside on the beach, I spent my time on the balcony enjoying the view. The Condo is situated at a place where there are grocery stores, restaurants and other amenities close by. The bus stop is right in front of the Condo. All in all I would highly recommend this place. The owner, Eugene is extremely friendly and easy to deal with.

We will definitely be back! We were close to the elevator, which made it very convenient. Security guards at nights in the parking garage, etc. really made us feel better since we ride motorcycles. The pool was wonderful and situated right on the beach so we had access to the beach as well. Has laundry facilities and is near the Boardwalk and many other attractions and restaurants. Driveway and portions of the property were being renovated but it didn't cause too much of an inconvenience. All in all it was a great vacation and we will definitely be back!

This Place was amazing for the price we paid i will rent it again for sure.the maintenance guy over there was really nice & when the ac broke the owner & maintenace guy(mike) did really fast to fix everything.the place was nice & quiet with an amazing view on the ocean Thx Jeff
