Walk, bike, or ride on the beach; surf, swim, collect shells, build sand castles. Enjoy the sun and sand only steps away. Just 1 hour from Disney - SeaWorld Cape Canavral - Universal Orlando. Take a day trip. Many restaurants and family activities nearby. Ponce Inlet Lighthouse a few miles south.

The condo was just beautiful, clean, bright,and comfortable. The owner answered all my newbie questions and gave excellent directions and guidance. Easy to find and a great location. Super views, sauna, shuffleboard, pool table and library on site. The beach is right out the back door. Secure parking spot but be sure to get the parking pass. (free)
Several grocery stores nearby. Lots to see and do even in Jan. One of the most reasonable that we could find cost wise. We really did enjoy this condo and Daytona Beach -

This was a wonderful condo, great furniture and supplies. However, there were no boogie boards as indicated. The check-out time was 10 am which was somewhat difficult, but they let us extend it to 11 am. We had a wonderful time and would definitely rent again.

I admit we were leery of leasing a condo from a website online as we had never done anything like that before. It certainly was not a mistake to stay at this unit at Peck Plaza. All of the property was very, very clean. You have your own private covered parking space in a very secure area. We felt very, very safe at this property. Peck Plaza has a very nice outdoor hot tub, outdoor pool, tennis courts and shuffleboard courts. We spent hours playing shuffleboard and enjoying all the sunshine. Upon arrival at the unit, we were greeted with a very nice placard on the door, and it just made us feel so welcomed to the unit and the area. The decor of the unit was done in a very cute beach theme. It was recently remodeled with granite counter tops and tiled floors. It was very, very clean. We had plenty of towels, beach towels and lots of kitchenware to cook our own meals. The kitchen is equipped with a full size refrigerator, stove and oven, as well as a microwave and dishwasher. The beds in both bedrooms were very, very comfortable. There were cable TVs in both bedrooms and the living room, and the unit was equipped with high speed internet. The manager and housekeeping were all so friendly. There was no problem getting any of our questions answered and anything else that we may have needed during our stay. We took several walks on the beach, as it is right there! If you do decide to walk to the pier, it is about 3 miles one way. It's a very nice and quiet walk. You are far enough away from the hustle bustle of Daytona Beach itself. The views from this unit are out of this world! Beautiful doesn't even come close to describing them! We felt so right at home with this unit, and cannot wait to return again. The owners were very, very easy to work with, and answered all my questions and concerns. Highly recommend this unit!!!
