The condo was beautiful and very clean!! Wonderfully located right on the beach and convenient to shopping. My family could not have picked a better place to stay for our first trip to Florida! We all enjoyed our stay and can't wait to plan our next trip. I would definately recommend this condo to friends and family that plan on vacationing in Daytona!! I have to admit that I was leary about renting a condo instead of a hotel. Would it really be a rental? Or a scam? Would it really look like the pictures? To my relief, the condo is exactly as describe. It is beautiful. So comfortable, my 11 year old grandson wanted to spend the week relaxing in the bedroom instead of on the beach. The pool is very nice with the added security of a locked gate. Fully stocked kitchen. Quite a good collection of beach/picnic "gear" available for use. Loved having the washer/dryer right in the unit. Grocery & liquor stores, as well as a very nice Dollar store, across the street. Dining options are a short drive away. The miniture golf course across the street is adorable. Secured underground parking makes loading & unloading a breeze. Ms. Devault was so easy to work with. Every part of the transaction was handled in a very professional manner. I can't say enough good things. My family of five were very comfortable during our stay. Thank you so much Connie. You run a classy operation.

Stayed for bike week 2013. Great location a little bit away from the main drag downtown, so not quit as noisy. So much room for 3 couples and never heard anything once in our rooms. Great shopping for groceries and liquor store and doller store across the street and the bus stops right in front of the property. Beautiful sunrises and view of the beach.

Stayed at the Opus for a month recently and found all to be as expected from viewing the pictures on the website. Lovely view from the balcony down the beach and very nice to be able to have a front row seat for amazing sunrises. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well equipped. Lots of towels and everything you will need for a day at the beach. Internet connection was spotty but could always get on. Good proximity to the grocery store but needed to drive to dinner spots. Would recommend without hesistation.

This condo was immaculately appointed, neat and clean, had a balcony that faced both ocean and the street--which I loved. The complex offered one of the nicest work out gyms I have ever seen in any hotel or complex. Having off street parking, indoor parking, was great--especially since we had a rental car which always scares me to death!
First time I used the shower I couldn't find the door for awhile--it is that big!! I brought in a team of experts with stethoscopes to find out what brand the mattress was---super comfortable. Kitchen was fully appointed and large, with everything you could ever need--easily found.
Grocery and other convenient stores were walking distance, and the in complex grocery carts made unpacking a breeze.
Can't believe we never used the whirlpool tub. Too cold to use outside pool and hot tub, at least too cold for me.
Security was top notch there-- always needed a key or code to get in any door.
Had my 2 older daughters, and sometimes 2 grandkids, there and with the wide open floor plan, we were able to have our own corner of heaven while they were way across the condo.
Thanks to Connie Devault for letting us be there. She worked with us on deposits and payments in a very professional, non-threatening way.

This was a great place to stay. It was close to everything we needed, stores, restaurants, movie theater, etc. There was a bit of construction that woke us up early in the morning and the pool was closed for a couple of days because of some broken glass (not sure why it took 2 days to clean) but besides that everything was good. The balcony has a beautiful view and the apartment was nice and clean.

I hope to stay here on my next trip to Daytona. The condo was very clean and I loved it. As far as I know we are coming back in October for the fall bike week and I will make my reservations more than likley in May.
Very happy camper. I would not stay any where else. I loved all of the amenities.

very nicely furnished condo. our family had a great time and the condo was big enough to accommodate the crew and even some extras that came over for a birthday dinner. kitchen was well stocked and there were even beach towels in the linen closet. they thought of everything! we were there over july 4th and had a great view of fireworks along the beach. the common areas were well cared for and clean and the pool and hot tub were well maintained. renting was very easy and we would certainly love to return.

We had a fabulous time at this lovely condo at the Opus on Daytona Beach! Beautifully decorated and it had everything we could possibly need. We traveled with four kids-taking very little with us. The condo is fairly new and comes with beach towels, an umbrella, chairs and everything else you need for a week long of beach fun. We cooked in quite a bit and didn't need for anything. The beds were very comfortable and the view from the balcony was nice. Grocery store across the street along with a putt-putt course for the kids was a plus. Can't say anything negative about our stay! We are hoping to go back again next year. Thank you Connie for a wonderful vacation experience.

The Opus condo was very spacious and had everything you could possibly need for a wonderful vacation. The building and pool areas were very secure and I loved the heated pool. It was convenient to shopping and a day trip to Orlando parks. We will definitely visit again.

The condo was everything plus more that we expected. The view of the ocean was great from the condo since it was right on the beach. Connie has thought of everything to make your stay like home. There were beach chairs, kites, beach toys and an umbrella for our use. The condo is decorated beautiful and was very welcoming with plenty of room for our party of six adults. The location was a little bit away from the boardwalk, but I liked that it was quiet and the beach was not crowded at this location.

We absolutely loved our time at Opus Condominiums! the owners have thought of everything from smoothie machines to beach chairs to make your stay better than being at home! With a Dollar General and Winn Dixie across the street we had anything we needed at our fingertips! can't wait to come again!

We stayed in February. This location is pretty awesome however did find that the restaurants were a bit of a drive down the street - not within walking distance. However with a vehicle this was not an issue for us. There are groceries across the street which was great. The condo itself was roomy, clean and very comfortable for our party of six adults. It was great to sit on the deck for breakfast and look at the spectacular ocean view. The communication and exchange of keys and deposits were very smooth and professional.

Service regarding rental was fantastic. Due to time restraints and travel from Canada we had a glich with key but Connie and Daryl were able to solve problem for us.
Condo was incredible, beautifully finished and furnished, with plenty of space for all of us.

I walked into this condo and was amazed. The decor was perfect,clean,luxerious..Ideal location to everything you need. The view of the beach was perfect from sunrise to sunset. Walk out the door and walk miles of prestine beach or across the street to mini golf and feed the live alligators. Perfect place to stay!!!

What a great unit! Words can hardly describe our excitement when we first over looked our rental. We couldn't believe we were staying there! We are beyond satisfied with our decision to rent this unit. It is on the 6th floor and has beautiful ocean views from every room. About every morning we saw dolphins near the shore from our bedroom windows. The kitchen was also fully stocked with pots and pans for making meals. We actually found ourselves not straying far from the condo because everything we needed was right there. Aside from everything we had in the unit, there was a large heated pool and hot tub (which we usually had to ourselves) and the ocean was just steps away. Right across the street there is a dollar general and a winn dixie that we used quite frequently to get groceries and other necessities. There was also a really nice miniture golf range across the street. Everyone at the Opus building was very kind to us and shared their recommmendations when we asked. Connie was also just a phone call away if we needed her and was very helpful. I would absolutely recommend this condo. We were all really bumbed when it was time for us to leave. We had sunny and 70 degree weather and went back to the snow and cold of Iowa.

This condo is beautifully decorated and very well equipped. The kitchen has everthing you need and plenty of dishes and glassware. It is emaculatly clean. Furnishings are beautiful. The view from the deck is panoramic of the beach. The oceanfron pool deck leads directly to the wide sandy beach. The ocean water was still warm and swimable, with a gentle slope and not undertow. Great beach to dig and make sand castles. Grandson travelled with us and he loved the beach.
The condo is exactly as pictured on the website. -

The condo was absolutely beautiful. We could not have asked for a nicer place to stay. The facilities were great an dthe attention to detail really helped us to feel right at home.
The pool was practically deserted and the beach so tranquil. Saw Dolphins on the firts day. Just idyllic.
My partner and I rented this with our friends who have two young children. There was ample of space for all of us. It was great value for money. More friends stayed in the same building at the same time and were charged significantly more. -
