This is a truly luxurious, just remodeled large 1400 sq. feet upscale condo in the award winning Horizons building (it won an architectural award shortly after it was built), just one mile north of the famous Daytona Boardwalk and seven miles from the International Speedway. It has a much larger floor plan than most units in the area and direct oceanfront sweeping, uninterrupted views of the ocean from every room except the bathrooms. All the reviews on this condo are right on. My husband and I (both in our 60s) rented this place for 2 weeks in Feb. before all the crowd arrived in Daytona. We wanted a place to enjoy the view and feel at home also. That was accomplished to a T. The owners are very nice and answered our emails quickly. My only complaint was no washer/dryer in the unit, but we knew that before going there. We would stay there again.

Thank you for the very nice review. We don't have an in-unit washer/drier but there is a washer and dryer 12 paces from our door along the fully enclosed, carpeted passage and it is shared only by ours and two other units. We have never seen anyone else use it or had to wait for it.

I have to admit I was a little hesitant at first to rent a privately owned home, I searched and read many reviews before finally selecting this unit. Juan made this experience wonderful and worth all the effort on my part. He was honest and nice to deal with. The property is every bit as wonderful as the photo's portray and than some. It was clean and well stocked with almost everything you would need, from a popcorn machine, movies, books, boogie boards, spices, blender, etc. we really didn't want for anything. Juan really pays attention to detail. The building was very secure and quiet and the view is spectacular. We enjoyed eating our breakfast on the balcony and enjoying the incredible view of the ocean and the city view was nice too. It was nicely located near to some good restaurants and a wonderful grocery store. Our only complaint is that we don't live here, the kids were a little disappointed that the pool wasn't heated so it was a little on the cool side, secretly we were happy because it meant more beach time. It really did feel like home. I would highly recommend this unit.

This condo is located on the less busy end of the beach north of the boardwalk. It was nice not to have to fight for a spot on the beach or fight the traffic to get out of the parking lot. It was still within a few minutes ride to anywhere we wanted to visit. The condo itself was clean and very nice. The layout was perfect with great views from every room. Tv's in each room and great beds. The parking spot stores all you need for the beach including beach chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards and is only about five steps out of your way on the way to the beach. When we visit Daytona again, this will be the first place we check for availability.

This is our second condo in Daytona and took our time to find the perfect location, close to the main pier and yet far enough from it to avoid the crowds. It is also the largest (1400 sq ft) two bedroom available and the wrap around balcony offers total privacy. We thought it would be a winner and obviously so do you. Thank you for the nice review!

This was such an unexpectedly great condo. It seems like when you normally rent a condo everything is subpar inside because the owners don't want to risk anything. In this place it seemed like they spared no expense - the kitchenware was all great quality or new, the towels ware like nice hotel towels and the bedding and furniture was really comfy - but that was just the inside. We loved being able to see sunrises and moon rises from the huge deck and loved being able to just take an elevator down and get onto the beach. The kids loved the pool. The location of this condo was a comfortable distance away from all the hard partying spring breakers so it was great for our family. We'll definitely be coming back. Everyone was nice here, too. Thanks for really putting some nice touches in this place.
