The Coastal Cottage is a recently restored 1927 two-story charmer with numerous ocean views and tile and hardwood floors through out. There is a new Serta King in bedroom 1 and a new Serta Queen in bedroom 2, plus a sofabed in the living room. The upstairs bathroom has a tub and shower while the downstairs bathroom has a large walk-in shower, which feels great after a day at the beach. Sit on the huge front porch and enjoy the sights and sounds along A1A or just relax and watch the ocean. It has been 20 years since I was able to hangout at the beach, what a treat, as it was right across the street! My husband and I, along with another couple found this home perfect. We arrived for speed week, and had one of our best vacations ever. Rich & Mary were great hosts, and even folded our hanging laundry, on an evening we came in late. We had never rented a 'home' before, and now will probably never go back to 'hotels', when traveling with 4 or more people. Just being able to visit in the comfy living room, and have all that extra space was great! This home had all the added little extras...it was wonderful. We hope to return sooner than later!

We stayed for 2 weeks and had a wonderful time. We were able to walk to the movies, to eat out, to shop and just enjoy the beach. The cottage was super clean and comfortable. Plan on going again next year!
