I have frequented Daytona since I was very young and have stayed at a different condo complex each time. I, my wife, and my mother in law visited in January of 2013 for a week long vacation and to survey a future business investment. The condo was very clean and tidy. It is in a convenient spot on the shores and places you within minutes of Daytona's attractions. The view was gorgeous from the balcony and the beach was never crowded.
I would commend the condo owner as much as the rental itself. Always prompt to respond to emails, expedited the reimbursement of the deposit, and quickly addressed minor issues we had on the trip. We made use of the wi-fi, and while I was eager to try out the provided Boogie Boards, the weather never really permitted it.
I will gladly return to this vacation rental and hesitate to write such an honest review in fear of it being booked the next time I visit Daytona :) -

The condo was better than anticipated. Everyone was easy to deal with and very helpful. The owner responded quickly to emails and the property manager was very helpful at check-in. The views from the balcony were fantastic - sunrises over the ocean and sunsets over the river. The condo had everything we needed for the stay and the location was terrific. Close to shopping, dining and entertainment.

My family of five and my mother stayed here on spring break. I have three boys, 17, 12, and 2. Everything we needed was here!
The communication back and forth was superb! Friendly and Fast!
The home was fully furnished with more than what was promised. We used the pack and play and the high chair! We were glad not to have to bring that along. The older boys really enjoyed to boogie boards...until mom and dad made them share with us!:) We really did feel it was home away from home. The view was fantastic! We had plenty of room and the place was very clean. The queen bed and pillow in the room I slept was very comfortable. The balcony was spacious with two tables and four chairs, and still lots of room to walk around. The sunrises from the balcony were amazing. The leather sofa is huge! All 6 of us watched a movie on it one night and had plenty of room! Very nice:) We loved having a washer and dryer right in our unit also. That came in quite handy. We were lucky and had perfect weather the whole week.
We could walk to a couple of the shops in the evening or drive a little ways for more. We went for a short drive into Daytona, and it was full or tourists (spring break) and very busy with lots to offer...but we came back to our condo and it was peaceful and felt like home. I loved that it wasn't as busy as Daytona. The beach had lots of people, but not too many where you felt crowded.
The people at the condo next to us were friendly and put the hole in the ground for our umbrella everyday:) (this condo does not have the tool, so borrow or bring if you would like to use the umbrella furnished)
This was the most relaxing vacation I've taken. We didn't plan a Disney trip etc. We just enjoyed the condo and the beach. I will definately stay here again. We hated to leave. We truely felt like it was "ours" and wondered who was gonna sleep in our beds, and watch our sunrise, and cook in our kitchen! lol But I can say, whoever is...is gonna love it!

After considerable research online from australia I was not disappointed with my condo choice! Daytona Beach Shores was a hassle free, fun family holiday. The owner was excellent to deal with and the condo was as advertised ... we loved it and look forward to returning.

This is our second year staying in this condo. The owner is so pleasant to deal with, always responds to emails immediately and offers so much at the rental. We really do wish we could live here! The condo is located directly on the oceanfront and the balcony is huge - extends the width of the living room and master bedroom, with an entrance from each. The two bedrooms have plenty of room to put away clothes in dressers/closets, and the bathrooms are well stocked. Everything is super clean when you arrive and the kitchen is more than fully stocked with every utensil and dish you will need. The full kitchen is awesome with a big fridge/freezer and oven and stovetop, and the laundry room is so nice because it is actually in your room like a real house, and not down the hall. The pool is well maintained and with the jacuzzi overlooks the ocean.
The underground secured parking is also very convenient. The front door entrance looks out over the intercoastal waterway, and the breathtaking sunsets rival the sunrises on the beach!
We love this location because it is a little south of all the hotels in Daytona. It is where the locals actually live and there are still lots of good restaurants and stores, but the center of Daytona is just a short drive away. We love going one mile south to the bridge to Port Orange, which is a beautiful town full of awesome restaurants and shopping centers.
This condo is the perfect getaway to really feel at home on the beach, instead of crowding into a hotel room with a cheesy half kitchen like we used to do.
We can't wait to come back a third time. -

Had everything we needed from bath, kitchen, livingroom, even the beach and laundry. Also had secure parking under the building with secured gate. Made us feel relaxed and right at home. wish we could have stayed longer.

Choosing Feel Daytona - Beach Dream Condo was perfect way to combine beach- and city vacation. We spent lot of time at the wonderful beach and pool, cruised around the idyllic Daytona, did some serious shopping and drove to all those many nearby attractions like Disneyworld, Kennedy Space Center etc. The Condo itself was pure enjoyment. Spacious, clean, elegant, fresh, comfortably cool (adjustable airconditioning) with the balcony view to die for. We had small children with us so it was great to have washing machine, dryer and complete kitchen facilities available whenever needed.There was just everything you might need. (even beachtoys, waveboards and kite!! :) ) This is bullseye solution for anyone planning Florida vacation. Most definitely going back..soon!

We spend seven spectacular days at the Beach Dream Condo. My parents, my two sisters, my nice and me had a wonderful and a very comfortable family meeting. The condo was warm and welcoming and very well stocked with everything from beach toys to great kitchen tools. The place was very clean and the view was incredible. We had everything we needed. We had a great time. The condo was quiet, the residents of the condo are so nice. We felt like we had our own private beach. We will definitely be back!

My husband and I traveled to Daytona for our 20th anniversary. We were lucky enough to find this amazing place to stay. It has everything you could want, everyone was sooo friendly! Quiet, yet close enough to so many attractions. We would definately recommend and can't wait to return!

This condo was perfect for our family. The location was right near everything without being in the center of the tourism. It feels like you live at the beach when you stay here! The building is beautiful, the oceanfront view is amazing and the condo has everything you will need. It is fully stocked for a welcoming stay that feels like home. All we had to do is bring our clothes and groceries and our two weeks were glorious! The owner is extremely quick with communication and very accomodating. We can't wait to stay here again.
