If there is one word I would choose to describe our condo its Peaceful. Our unit, which is located on the 14th floor, has 3 bedrooms as well as 3 bathrooms. Almost every room in our unit has an amazing view of the Ocean. If you’re an early riser you could catch the sunrise from the balcony or while lying in our plush beds! Most would describe our unit as spacious, clean, and elegant. While the unit isn’t loaded with technology, which some consider part of its charm, it does have a TV in all but one room for your viewing pleasure. Daytona Beach Shores is located on a barrier island on the Atlantic Ocean. Just 5.5 miles long and a few hundred yards wide, the City features a pristine beach where famed race car drivers once vied to set world speed records.
The city has about 5500 residents, but can host 20,000 - 30,000 people during special events like Race Weeks and Bike Week.
Daytona Beach Shores is home to various attractions, including:
The Court of Flags - a rotating display of 12 flags representing the national origins of Shores residents and highlighting the cultural diversity that unifies this country. Legends Walk of Fame - featuring bricks dedicated to famous car racing participants. Any cancellation's must be at least 60 before the rental date otherwise the security deposit will be forfeit. After your stay if there is no damage your deposit will be returned in full.

The condo was very well designed and furnished and was very comfortable. The building was right on the beach, had a great heated pool and large deck with many lounges, tables and chairs. There was an indoor hot tub or jacuzzi and an outdoor barbecue for everyone's use. The entire stay was great.

As a first time condo renter - we had a great time, especially when mother nature gave us 5 days of overcast and rain. Lot better than staying in a hotel room.
Grandkids enjoyed learning to swim in the heated pool and of course playing on the beach in the sand.
Would certainly recommend this unit. -

lovely apartment, very spacious, very clean. Nick was very accomodating, also it is far enough away from Daytona Beach, that the bike week didn't even bother us! the only bad thing, was , the girl at the front desk,she was not very helpful,and she had an attitude but the maintenance man, Tom was great and so was Nick, so we didn't deal with her anymore. great beach, we walked it everyday.

My Husband and I are a new family so we needed a getaway when we found this property we were very excited! It was located right on the beach close to different kinds of restaurants even family activities! Cant wait to have the opportunity to return to our new favorite vacation or as my husband and I like to call it the great escape!

All you need to relax and lift your spirits is to experience the fabulous view from almost every room in the condo.! The living area and open kitchen iare spacious and every bedroom has it's own bath giving plenty of privacy for all. Equipped with everything you need at the beach and more. We had such a fantastic time that we had a hard time leaving. An extra bonus is the condo building with all the amentities is quite impressive. I would recommend this as one of the best vacations that you will ever enjoy with family and friends.

We've stayed at this rental more than once, and everytime it's just as clean and well maintained ad the time before. We continue to stay here year after year, and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a family friendly vacation stay or a private getaway for any occasion. A+++ in our book.

I was looking for something relaxing, quiet and convenient incase i wanted to go explore. This was an ideal location, close to the boardwalk, right on the beach but not loud and unnerving. I imagine it's a hot spot during spring break!! The amenities were excellent and the condo is breathtaking. DĂ©cor fits right in with the beach theme, you kind of feel like you're at a fancy resort and you splurged on the penthouse suite. I initially didn't want to leave the patio, facing the water you can hear the surf against the beach. It was so relaxing. I did close the door one evening to watch TV. I don't know what kind of patio doors those are, but they're great. It didn't bother the sound of the television at all. I'll definitely be staying there again.

This condo was an excellent place to celebrate our anniversary. It has amazing views! We really enjoyed watching the sun rise from the huge balcony! Large kitchen and open floor plan enable our two kids to join us on the second day and never feel crowded. We also thoroughly enjoyed the large hot tub and beautiful pool beach side. Property is very well maintained and is in an excellent location in Daytona. Very quiet but not far from all the action, restuarants and shopping. Highly recommend.

This place is at a really great location close enough to walk to most anything you want but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. The condo is half-way up the building on a floor in the teens so the view of the ocean is absolutely stellar. The cool breeze on the porch and the sound of the waves lulled me to sleep several times :)
The condo itself is large and open with and feels inviting. It was easy to settle down and feel comfy. Plenty of room for the family with room to spare. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get away...but not too far away...with your significant other or with the whole family.
