Just wanted to share our experience at Ocean Vistas owned by Bill --the rental is fabulous, everything you need for your home away from "home" - down to glasses for the beach, beach bags, beach towels and everything needed for cooking great meals. The livingroom in this condo was centrally located so if you wanted to stay up a little later than anyone, no problem it did not bother anyone else as the bedrooms were very sound proof, each with their own balcony. The week was Bike Week and yes it was a bit noisy on the balcony but once the doors were shut no problem. On the balcony the view was spectacular and the sun was great there in the afternoon. The kitchen - lots of room to work and prepare meals and drinks. Again the unit was wonderful. I liked the fact the someone was there to meet us and show us around the complex -- big benefit! The pool area and hot tub were in a good location, overlooking the beach, so you could see and hear the ocean all the time.
Would my husband and friends rent this unit again--you bet.
The weather was not the greatest but the accomodations made up for it. This is a luxury unit with everything you need to make you comfortable. -

My husband, mother, and I were looking for a comfortable place to stay while taking care of family business down in Flordia. My mom and I spent hours searching for a rental with no luck. We were just about to give up the vacation rental process when my mother came across this property. The pictures were gorgeous so she decided to contact the owner who was absolutely wonderful. Bill was extremely accomodating and always prompt when working through the particulars of the rental agreement. He kept in contact with us before, during, and after our stay to make sure we had the best experience possible. Even though we arrived early to Daytona Beach, he made arrangements for us to get right into the rental, complete with a tour. We cannot say enough great things about Bill. Thank you fo being so friendly and helpful!
As for the accomodations themselves, the condo is breath-taking! It is extremely well decorated, spotlessly clean, and has a wonderful view, especially at night. My sports-loving husband was ecstatic to find a flat screen televison in every room (including the bathroom!) and having wifi access was crucial for work and school. We were very busy during the day, but so looked forward to coming back to the condo, relaxing, having a glass of wine, and sleeping in the plush bedrooms. The luxurious atmosphere and the endless amenities made the condo a true oasis. The property is lovely and has everything you'd need: gym, beautiful beachside pool and spa, and a common room complete with pool tables and bar area.
This condo is definitely the "cown-jewel" of Daytona Beach. We were so lucky to find this amazing place and meet Bill. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. -

Thank you Bill for allowing my family and I the opportunity to choose your condo for our vacation. Let me say we normally travel the pan handle of florida and chose to do Daytona this year.
After days of search we found your condo, and new this is it, my Wife is very picky on places we stay. From the very first phone call you were very informative with everything I needed to know and continued communication through out, many thanks for that.
Upon arrival the beauty of the building was "wow this is gorgeous",. The pictures do not do this gorgeous condo justice, your home is absolutly stunning, we have never rented a condo so equipped with top of the line appliances, furniture, Tv's galore in every room. The only draw back was, the two beds, my wife wants me to find out where to get them we never slept so good. One of the best touches is the umbrella's, chairs, boogie boards and beach cart you supplied for the use. We always had to buy these and leave them behind after the vacation, First class!!.
For anyone reading this let me tell you about Bill and his Wife, they met us at the door, gave us a personal tour, (never had that). We had one small bump, with some of the keys not working, we still had one that did work, so not an emergency, bill hired a locksmith on a sunday which we all know what that probably cost, but never hesitated to deliver a first class stay.
This was the best stay we have had as a family in many years of staying at what we thought was first class resorts. Again thank you for your Hospitality of your Gorgeous home. Look forward to coming back and staying here again.
