Imagine this... Surrounded by Ocean and River views. Both views are available from the balcony that opens from living room as well as the master bedroom. The south view of the master and guest bedroom offers a view of Halifax River that merges into Atlantic ocean just a few miles south.

This condo unit has two bedrooms and two baths. The master bedroom has its own privacy door separation. Watch the ocean waves, people jogging and surfing on the world famous Daytona Beach either from the living room or balcony. Unit is fully furnished with kitchen utensils, towels, linens as well as small appliances. It only requires guests to bring t...heir tooth brush. Three televisions and a music system is available for your enjoyment. The lobby floor consist of a club house, library with free WIFI provided by association, and a full time resident manager to handle any problems. Oceanside is a large pool deck area with a variety of chairs, tables and lounges for sun bathing or relax under a beach umbrella. Take a dip in the beautiful fresh water pool. Play shuffle board or enjoy the his/her sauna located by the pool. Access the beach directly from the pool deck for a quick swim in the ocean or collect shells while walking on the beach at sunrise.In house, We have very high security with CCTV and full time property manager to address your concerns. The private access to the Beach is from the Pool Deck area.

There is a drug store-Walgreen, Super Market-Publix and Bank Of America across the street. Within walking distance are some great places for breakfast, lunch or dinner. For those who love a good game of golf. Just across the street is a Golf Course open to the public for your convenience. We are located on the 4th floor which is far enough away from the traffic noise but not too high for those that are uncomfortable in a high rise building. The building has just completed a major renovation inside and out.

During your free time, drive south to visit the historic light house at Ponce Inlet where the river merges into the ocean, or drive west one hour to visit numerous Disney,Seaworld and Universal theme parks. Take a beautiful ocean drive just 1 1/2 hours north along A1A to historic St. Augustine, the oldest city in Florida. Stop along the way for breakfast or lunch watch the seagulls play along the shore. There are plenty of things to do along the world famous Daytona Beach with activities ranging from surfing, fishing, or sky diving adventures. Visit the Boardwalk, Arcade or spend a afternoon at the movies. Perhaps consider visiting Volusia mall or largest Flea market of Daytona for a bargain. Spend an afternoon at the Daytona International Speedway to observe racing events or visit the cruise ports that offer gambling cruises.

A perfect gateway for snowbirds or a retired couple who wants to spend three month of their free time enjoying this Beach Resort Retreat. This five start facility is available at the most competitive rates when booked for the minimum of three months at $ 1500.00 per month during off season (May-November) or for a bargain seasonal rate of $ 1750 per month (December through April). The taxes and cleaning fees adds an additional 11.0 % more for three months of vacation package.

The condo is an ideal spot for visitors from UK, Brazil and other south American countries who like to escape for three months.

Underground parking is available as well as shopping carts for easy loading and unloading of groceries, luggage, and personal belonging with access to the inside elevators. Laundry and garbage disposal chute located on every floor.

Plenty of restaurants located on A1A as well as Dunlawton Ave which takes you back to US 1 or I-95. Aunt Catfish or the Deck Down Under are some of the seafood favorites on the river. There are a number of great family Italian restaurants and breakfast places. You can find all types of food: American, Greek, Italian, Mexican, Indian and Chinese nearby.

  Our family had a great time at this condo right on the beach. The pool and deck area were amazing and the convenience of walking down the steps to the beach was invaluable.   The resort itself is five star with all of the amenities you would expect. The specific condo has a great location with a view of the ocean as well as the bay. The condo is spacious, well furnished and exceptionally clean. It is a peaceful area and within walking distance to eateries and shops. We are looking forward to our next opportunity to utilize this facility.
