Waterway.
South East unit is warm and gets plenty of sunlight and is most
desirable.

This condo was fantastic. Working with the owner for rental arrangements was simple and honest. The condo was clean, tasteful, spacious and well appointed. The views were incredible on all the balconies. The balconies weren't available (were being repaired) during our visit and the owner refunded us $100 for the inconvenience, which was nice, and had told us that might be the case beforehand. We had a great time, regardless. Great price and we definitely plan to come back!

Invite you who may be inquiring to a view that captures Daytona Beach Shores on the ocean, the river/inter-coastal, the Pelican hatchery/small island, and South atlantic avenue.
This condo is awesome, very casual and very spacious!
There is groc-package-postal-restaurants from B-King to Daytona Shores Resort gourmet dining and all in- between.
The pools are great, one out and one inside with hot-tub.
The owners are so welcoming and we now consider them friends and will continue to come back through the years!
Please do yourself a favor and rent this beach front home, parking is great in a garage and outside, look for the coconut! ")

It will be our fifth year in a row! 2 weeks is not enough! The place is clean and huge! The view of the ocean from the 20TH floor is amazing! The beach and the pool are perfect! It's far from crowdy, very quiet, people are nice. We stongly recommend this place.
