This waterfront home with a private dock is an ideal vacation home. The home is located on Wilbur Bay with panoramic views from almost every room. The home has a large deck and balcony overlooking the bay. The large private dock makes fishing, boating, crabbing or nature watching a joy. The tide brings a variety of marine life to your back door. Enjoy fishing, boating, kayaking, or just relaxing.
The beach is directly across the street with an access ramp. The beach is beautiful with no cars on this section. Surfboards, bikes, nets, toys and beach chairs are at the home to take advantage of the fun.

Waterfront on the inter-coastal and the beach is directly across the street with an access ramp. The beach is a no car section. 10 minute drive to Daytona Beach and 5 minutes from the Ponce Inlet Lighthouse. Backyard is an estuary teeming with fish. There is a private dock and boathouse that can be utilized. Community tennis courts are minutes away. Restaurants on ocean and river are close by.

Loved everything about this house, the pictures don't do it justice. Everything you need to have a great vacation is provided. Fantastic views (especially from the deck and sun porch in the master bedroom.) the garage is stocked full of things to do from bicycles, boogie boards, chairs, and coolers. Also fishing hear is provided, we didn't know this and brought our gear, but it never even go it out of the car. I would strongly recommend staying here, I know I can't wait to return in October! I included a picture of me on the upper balcony at night, just magical!
