This gorgeous 2,400 square foot beach house is just across the street from the beach with traffic light access across A1A to the beach ramp. It's less than one minute from the front door to the sandy beach!
Great for family vacations or a romantic getaway. Hardwood floors and lots of closet space. Complimentary Wi-Fi and calling within the continental United States.
Gas grill for outdoor grilling. Beach chairs, beach toys and towels provided.
Billiard Room with a pool table, large screen television and DVD player.

The house is incredibly stocked with anything people need. Not only is it stocked, it has a cozy, home feeling to it. Also exceptionally clean. And of course, close to everything in the Daytona area and steps away from the beach!

We stayed here in June with our daughter (1 year old) and some of our other family. Although this seemed like a bit of an older house, we thought the layout of the house was great. The pool table was a great addition. The best part was being so close to the beach. The price was also pretty good for the excellent location and the amount of space provided. When the grill ran out of gas, the tank was changed promptly and the owner was very friendly and courteous about our checking in and out as it was a little bit out of the ordinary. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend it.
