Beach baby beach!!!! Just steps - 100 yards - two minute walk from front door. Street ends on the sand - look at picture! Just the 5th home west of ocean. Conveniently located to all the fun that Daytona Beach offers. One hour from Orlando's theme parks, historical St. Augustine or historical Kennedy Space Center. Enjoy fishing, surfing, parasailing, the Daytona International Speedway NASCAR races, Bike Week, Biketoberfest, Spring Break, Summer Vacation or just plain relaxing any day of the week!
The home has pleasant outdoor areas in the front and back yards. Enjoy the ocean breeze as you BBQ or sunbathe in private in the 6 ft. fenced courtyard. The neighborhood is comprised of mostly single family, owner occupied homes. Quiet, peaceful and safe.
The street dead ends right at the beach - here you have the security of a lifeguard as well as the convenience of a food vendor selling the best beach food around. You can also rent ATVs, golf carts, parasail or relax under a rental beach cabana umbrella/chairs. The water stays a warm 75-80 degrees and Daytona Beach is well known for its lovely beach. You can walk back and forth to the house in just 2 minutes. So nice to be able to come to the beach without packing the car and driving and then having the mess to clean when you get home. The SunSplash Ocean Front Park with children's play area is just a few steps north of the beach ramp and has public restrooms as well. There is a passive jogging park next door to the beach house that has basketball hoops if you'd like to shoot some baskets! Ride the bikes we provide to explore the area or get some exercise on the beach. If you like to golf, there are nice golf courses close by. Daytona Beach is home to the LPGA. Fishing charters out of Ponce Inlet always a great day! So much to do - but then again - aren't you here to relax?
In addition to the bedrooms, the leather sectional in great room makes a queen sleeper sofa and we provide queen and twin air beds with linens.
For the children we have beach toys, games, movies.
For the babies we have porta crib, high chair, booster seat.

Rental fees
- Tenant Party Modification - $100 / person - Per-Person Adjustment - Should Tenant Party wish to add additional overnight guests after the execution of Vacation Rental Agreement, written authorization must be obtained and fees paid in advance by cashier's check at least two weeks prior to arrival date. Overnight guest rates are $100 per person for one night. Rates for additional nights to be determined at time of request and approval granted. Any modification in the number of overnight guests must be approved in writing no later than two weeks prior to arrival date. Approval of any daily visitor and required fees must be obtained and paid by cash to Landlord's manager and agent at least 24 hours in advance of visitor's arrival. Daily visiting hours are 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Visitor fees are charged based upon number to be determined at time of request. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT DUE TO LIABILITY AND SECURITY, NO UNAUTHORIZED PARTIES ARE ALLOWED IN, UPON OR ABOUT THE VACATION HOME WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OBTAINED IN WRITING. No promise or guarantee are made by Landlord and/or Landlord's agents to approve or grant permission for additional overnight guests or daily visitors.

Our rates are based upon a maximum Tenant Party of 8 guests consisting of both adults and minor children. An increased rental rate may be charged for a Tenant Party of adults only and we reserve the right to change or modify our rates at any time. Rates are determined on whether the guests are children 12 and under, teens 13-17 or adults 18 and older. We do authorize Tenant Party groups in excess of 8 guests based upon whether the group is all adults or a mix or adults and children. Please inquire for details. Please understand that it is our desire to provide a pleasant and comfortable vacation home experience in accommodating our guests, and it is obviously easier to provide for a mixed group of adults and children rather than a large group of adults. We promise you that we will provide you with our honest opinion as to whether your Tenant Party request can comfortably met.
7 night rentals preferred and required during some peak weeks; however, please inquire. Nightly rates are adjusted for rental terms less than 7 nights.

This vacation home has everything you will need for a great vacation experience. If you get off a plane with one suitcase in hand, you'll find everything is provided from dishes to linens to bicycles (adult & child sizes) and beach toys and it is all in excellent condition. Your family won't be disappointed.

This rental is everything it claims to be! Simply pack your clothes and food. This centrally located property will allow you to be at the beach in an instant. Lots of attractions and dining nearby. Honest, friendly, and caring owner and property manager are top notch and will make sure you are comfortable and having a good time. And best of all, when you are tired of the beach, there is an awesome sofa for napping and movies!

This was our 4th year spending Christmas break at this beach house. It is in a perfect location for the beach, or other attractions. Every year there are updates to the home and it's always fun to see what is new. This year we had new flooring and appliances! This home has everything you need to make your vacation great. Thank you Debra for sharing your wonderful beach house and also to Dominick for always being so helpful. We will be back!

We could not have been more pleased with our Daytona Beach rental. From my initial conversation with the owner, to the prompt return of our security deposit - everything was professional, courteous, easy, and just perfect. The house is lovely and well-located. The manager and owner are extremely accommodating. Debra even gave me a dry cleaner recommendation when I needed it! This home managed to satisfy everyone in my family - from a four-year-old to a 70-year-old. That's no small accomplishment! Thanks so much Debra for making our trip perfect.

My husband and I as well as 2 of our friends and our Yorkies had a fabulous time at this beach house 4th of July (2012) week. It was just as described on the site (description and pictures). We had absolutely no issues at all. The house was very clean, spacious and comfortable - fully stocked kitchen (to save $ not having to eat out), TV in every room, internet access and even plenty of outdoor items for the beach, etc. The location is perfect ... a very short walking distance to the beautiful beach. There are also restaurants, fast food and grocery stores within minutes from the rental. We were very thankful that Dominique is onsite as my husband locked us out one night and then I locked us out a couple of nights later. We hated to have to inconvenience Dominique and we were extremely appreciative of his help. We had no issues at all with checking in or out. Dominique met us at check in (and check out), showed us around and answered all questions. Debra, owner, is very friendly and made the reservation process as simple as possible. It is our top priority to have pet-friendly rentals. My Yorkies loved the house and the fenced in backyard. There is also a dog park right next door. We look forward to staying again - hopefully soon.

Five girlfriends and I stayed in this great vacation home for a weekend gataway. It was perfect! There was plenty of room for all of us to sleep comfortably and the home had everything we needed. All we had to do was cross a1a, and we were at a beautiful beach. It was extremely convenient. I highly recommend Debbie's vacation home?

A few girlfriends and I spent a long weekend at Debra's rental. We had the best time! Seconds from the beach, spacious, friendly, so much better than a hotel because you feel like you are at home... Hopefully it won't be long be long before we go back!!!

We have spent 3 Christmas vacations at Debra's fabulous home, and have scheduled another. Our 4 year old grandson thinks it is our home! We take him for the week and have the best time. The home has everything you need. It is extremely clean, well maintained, and nicely furnished. I love the master bedroom! The location is perfect for all of the activities in the area and just a few blocks from the beach. We love it here!!

I stayed at this property in august 2010. This property is just amazing! It has everything you need and more! The beach is walking distance and Debra has everything you need at the vacation home such as bikes, beach toys, floats, etc. My children love it! Debra and Domenick are very nice people. Domenick is always there when you need something. I have actually got the pleasure to stay at both of Debra's vacation homes. This year I am coming back again with my family in July. We look forward to staying at these properties. Believe me when I tell you, you will not be disappointed at all!
