Our family rented this home for a month during the summer. The house was exactly as described and pictured which does not do justice for how nice this property truly is. Our family is accustomed to staying in high end properties and we were nervous to rent a property for an entire month without ever seeing the property ourselves or knowing someone who had stayed there. Our concerns were put to rest the second our family arrived. A high end spacious property with wonderful views from the deck. Our family was able to spread out and ultimately retire to areas of the house with complete privacy. We utilized the deck each day for meals and drinks while overlooking the beautiful scenery. The kids enjoyed going up to Guardsman's Pass early in the morning or late in the evenings to view the moose. It was not uncommon to see deer grazing on or around the property. There were many days we accessed the trails right outside the front door for either an hour or half day hiking trips. Darrell, the owner was very responsive to any of our needs. I was able to satisfy several business commitments by conducting conference calls and meetings thru Skype due to the setup of the home and the wireless Internet. Our family travels extensively and are accustomed to a certain level of accommodations and this property most certainly satisfied those requirements. Darrell, thanks for allowing our family to experience everything your property has to offer. We look forward to the day we come back!

Our family of seven spanning three generations rented the house for a week. The kids room was fantastic and they loved it. Plenty of privacy for everyone and the house is very well equipped with a top kitchen and great deck. The location on the mountain was an easy ski-in/ski-out for children (ages 7 and 9) who had never been on skis before.

How convenient is it that you can get ready in the morning and walk outside to the ski lift? It was wonderful! There was so much snow everywhere, but the roads were so clear. The mountain views were spectatular. I was able to take several pictures even off the balcony. This property was so beautiful. The furnishings were very nice and the kitchen was so convenient. Even our kids had a great time skiing as well as just staying in. Park City was just a short drive for when we wanted to do some shopping. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to have a great time. We would love to go and stay there again soon.

My husband and I, along with members from my side of the family, spent a week in March and had the best time. We were blessed with lots of fluffy snow so we appreciated the fact that the slopes are practically right outside the front door. The house is beautiful and so clean and comfortable. A few family members don't ski but still completely enjoyed their stay. The house provides relaxing areas for reading. We also took advantage of the short drive into Park City and spent time shopping and eating there. We have friends that live in Salt Lake City and invited them over for a homemade meal. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and showing off this place!! We are planning another trip next year - so we will definitely be back!!

Our guests really enjoy the easy ski in ski out access, which is very convenient for children. Our mid-mountain location is great for beating the base mountain traffic to get "First Tracks"!
Our property used to be the developer's model home for the Empire Pass community, so our property is perfectly positioned for great big-valley views over Park City. Our views of the holiday lights over at Silver Lake are spectacular all winter long! -

Stayed at Larkspur at Deer Valley with my boyfriend over my spring break (I'm
a ballet instructor), and loved it! This place has excellent access to the ski run
- right across the street, and the views down the mountain were breathtaking.
We ate in most of the nights as the kitchen was a dream to cook in, and even
bbq'd on the patio. The townhome is immaculately furnished without
sacrificing comfort for style. I would recommend it for your next vacation, but
I think I'd rather keep this gem to myself. Find your own amazing mountain
hideaway!
