Located in the Snow Park area of Deer Valley Resort, this condominium is in a really convenient location, with easy access to the free bus. Lower Deer Valley Resort is also quite close to Park Cityβs Main Street where the highest concentration of restaurants and shopping are located. It has a light, open feel with vaulted ceilings and skylights, and is approximately 2,000 square feet.

This was our second stay in Queen Esther and we would go back again.
Everything was clean and in working order including TVs, hot tub, toaster,
garage door openers, dishwasher, etc. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms had plenty of amenities. Check-in was quick and friendly and conveniently located. -

This is our 6th different rental from alpine and every unit has been wonderful. Queen Esther 2420 is well appointed and
maintained and very convenient to the base.
Alpine staff us cooperative and always very pleasant to deal with. -

Unit was very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the convenience to skiing and downtown Park City. The unit is equipped with everything from a large fireplace to an indoor hot tub. We enjoyed it all and would love to come back.

Alpine Ski Properties offered exceptional service from "top to bottom". The property was beautiful and every attention to detail was taken care prior to our visit ... any problems we had were handled promptly and efficiently. The entire staff is "top notch"not to mention friendly. I would recommend alpine Ski Properties to anyone looking for a fabulous vacation experience.

The place was excellent! I would recommend it. It was bright and well lit.
The living area is spacious. The kitchen a little cramped however.
We liked the inside hot tub, and the location was great as well.
There was a problem with ants and a major safety concern was with the fact that the pilot light was not automatic on the fireplace. It would be easy to leave the gas valve on and fill the hous with gas without knowing it.
The wireless internet didn't work and I was told I would be reimbursed for this. Correct? -

practical condo, some of the plumbing didn't work, many of the light bulbs/switches were out, it was very dark, and hot tub broke down, otherwise it was very confortable
