The Ridgepoint condominiums are located in Silver Lake, Deer Valley Resort’s mid mountain community, and have very convenient access to the slopes. In fact, this complex has it's own ski access trail which leads directly to the Success ski run! At the end of the day it is simple to return to the condo via a quick walk across Royal Street (about 300 yards).

With approximately 1800 square feet of newly remodeled living space on two levels plus a loft, this condo is spacious and nicely appointed. The ground level has all the bedrooms, making access very easy when carrying luggage! The master bedroom has a king bed and an attached full ba...throom. The second bedroom, just down the hall has another king bed and shares the second bathroom with the third bedroom. This bathroom is located in the main floor hallway between the second and third bedrooms. The third bedroom, located right next to the deck with the private hot tub, has a queen bed.

The second level includes the dining area, the kitchen and the living room. The living room has vaulted tongue and groove ceilings and a floor to ceiling rustic stone fireplace. Upstairs from the main level is the loft which has a queen sized sofa sleeper and a table for three people. Also, incredible views of the mountains can be seen from balconies on either floor.

Living Room: Wood burning fireplace, 42" LCD TV, DVD Player, CD stereo.

Kitchen: Very well equipped for cooking meals with all brand new appliances, granite counters, beautiful cabinetry and tile flooring.

Dining Room: Seating for 8 at dining table, 4 stools at counter/bar.

Bedrooms (all on entry floor):

Master – King bed, adjoining bathroom, 27" LCD TV.

Second – King bed, shared bathroom in hallway, 27" LCD TV.

Third – Queen bed, shared bathroom in hallway, 27" LCD TV.

Loft – Queen size sofa sleeper.

Hot Tub: Outside on the lower level patio.

Laundry Room: Washer and dryer in closet on entry level hallway.

Garage: Covered common area parking.

Wireless Internet: Yes

Ski Access: Ski out via the 'Silver Lake Access Trail' that is about 150 yards from the front door. Ski back using the 'Double Eagle Ski Access Trail' then walk about 300 yards back to the Ridgepoint complex (all ski-in/ski-out access trails are conditions permitting).

Distance to Deer Valley Resort: 1/2 mile to lifts at Silver Lake.

Distance to Park City Mountain Resort: 4.5 miles

  great location and hot tub, dreadful pillows

  The condo was ideally situated in the mid-mountain, Silver Lake area. The kitchen was well-appointed and the living room comfortable, although some throw pillows and a few blankets would have added some comfort and coziness. The hot tub was amazing!!! Excellent jets...perfect after a long day of skiing. Truly the best hot tub ever. The unit was clean. The only major negative was that the pillows on the beds were dreadful and the sheets not 100% cotton, so they were a bit scratchy. My son ended up sleeping on the sofa most of the week instead of the king he was excited to have. The unit is officially ski in and ski out, but it would be a bit of work and require walking a ways in ski boots, which I personally hate. To ski out, you have to walk about 2 city blocks to the trail. To ski in, you have to ski down a trail off the slopes, take your skiis off, walk across the road and then along a curve in the road a bit, then ski down to the condos, again take off your skiis and walk back across the parking lot and road to condo. We choose to simply drive to the Silver Lake lodge (2 min drive, $10 a day in parking) and valet our skiis and boots. However, for the cost of the unit and its great location, we would certainly stay there again. This time would would bring our own pillows and consider bringing sheets too.

  Fun but not a luxury condo

  We spent a month at this location. The location was great. Upstairs, especially kitchen has been redone and were very nice. Loft was great extra space. Downstairs were the three bedrooms and two baths. They needed some updating. They were a bit like a low end hotel. having all the baths downstairs was inconvenient.

  No Surprises

  We had two infants as part of our crew and really appreciated alpine's coordination with the vendors of the baby equipment that we rented separately. Everything was in place before we arrived and was picked up after we left with no effort on our part.

  Nice Condo, tough to ski in ski out

  Unit was well laid out and very clean...maintenance was quick to clean snow off sidewalks each morning before we went skiing. Plenty of room and nice accomodations with hot tub on balcony. Only negative was trail to return to condo after day of skiing not very well marked and map was confusing.

  No significant problems...rooms were clean, appliances/TV's worked well, and the cabinets were well stocked.
  
  The only complaint (and a minor one) was that it would have been nice to have a few more extra towels...between showers and trips to the hot tub, we went throught a lot of them.
