The Sterlingwood condominiums are located in Silver Lake, mid-mountain Deer Valley Resort. This condo has access directly to the slopes at Deer Valley and is also in very close proximity to the Silver Lake Village. You’ll find plenty of great restaurants, ski shops and boutiques all within a 5 minute walk! Also, from the top of Bald Eagle you can ski right back to the condo's ski access trail.
This condo is beautifully decorated and has all the comforts of home. It is a spacious (approximately 2500 square feet), 3 level floor plan. From the front door you are directly on the main level where the living room, kitchen, and dining area a...re combined as one great room. Just outside the living room is a deck with views of the Silverlake Village. Upstairs is the master bedroom suite and the fourth bedroom with two twin beds. Downstairs you will find the second and third bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. Also on the downstairs level is the outdoor private hot tub, located just at the end of the hallway.
Ski Access: The Sterlingwood complex offers ski-in/ski-out access via a community stairway. Step out of the front door of the condo and walk about 100 yards to the staircase. There are 45 steps to get to the snow level where you will ski right in the Silver Lake Village. Return to the complex via the same trail off of Silver Link Run @ Deer Valley Resort (all ski access trails are conditions permitting).
Living Room: Vaulted ceiling, hardwood flooring, floor to ceiling stone fireplace (wood burning with gas assist), TV.
Kitchen: Hardwood flooring and beautiful dark cabinetry, lots of counter space, stainless steel appliances including a 4 burner stove with both a griddle and grill, side by side refrigerator, reverse osmosis tap at kitchen sink for purified water. Counter/bar separates the kitchen space from the living area.
Dining Room: Seating at the dining table for 6, with barstool seating for 4 at the kitchen counter.
Master – King bed, TV, walk in closet, adjoining full bath with a glass enclosed shower.
Second – Two Queen beds, adjoining full bathroom.
Third – Two sets of twin bunk beds, adjoining bathroom.
Fourth – Two twin beds, bathroom located just outside door in hallway.
Hot Tub: Private to condo, located on lower level patio.
Laundry Room: Washer and dryer in laundry closet on lower level.
Garage: This property has an attached two car garage but the owners keep their car on one side, so there is parking available in the garage for one car. The driveway is heated and you can park an additional vehicle on the driveway just outside the garage. .

Distance to Deer Valley Resort: 400 yards to lifts at Silver Lake or ski-out via staircase directly to the Silver Link trail, return to condo on the same route.
Distance to Park City Mountain Resort: 4 miles.
Distance to Main Street: 3 miles.
Distance to Free Bus: 50 yards to bus stop on Royal Street.

I am a long term renter in Deer Valley. This unit has many pluses including the great daily maid service and close location to the hill.
The one item I miss from other units is the view.
The living area somehow integrates the living room and the kitchen very well. This is an important positive. Also, the presence of the small fourth bedroom becomes an important selling point for our group.
We have stayed in this unit two years now and look forward to doing it again.

you helped with all aspects of the trip from food - transportation. I would only add in one suggestion, if your sales team uses the term ski-in-ski-out, make sure it is not a 50yard walk and 50 stairs to a hill. we have worked with you for 8-9 years and have had best of luck for years...

Six of us (2 adults, 4 children) stayed at Sterlingwood 3 in March 2009. The house is centrally located in a gated community in Silver Lake Village. You can walk one block to the slopes. More ski-in than ski-out. The house is spacious, clean and appears newly built. Three bedrooms (1)Master with King, (2) two queens, (3) 4 bunks. One loft but not one with a ladder (two beds with two trundles). Hot tub. Garage. Deck. Flat screen TVs. Gas fireplace. Washer, dryer. A great place for a crowd without being on top of one another. Easy to get to SnowPark lodge and Park City. We highly recommend this property and we have stayed at other high end properties in Deer Valley.
