We've stayed in many rental vacation homes (Vrbo.com), but this is the best home I've ever seen. We had two families (4 adults and 4 kids) stay in this home for five days, but 3 families would easily be comfortable here. We had a great time using the full-size racquetball court supplied with lots of racquets, goggles, balls, volleyball net/ball, ping pong table with paddles/balls, pool table, hot tub, sauna, fireplaces, huge deck, monster size master bedroom all in excellent modern condition. One review said their TV was too small, but you won't have time for TV in this house! When the ski rental delivery guys rang the doorbell, it took us more than 5 minutes to even find the front door! The price of our stay even included daily maid service. (Recommend negotiating for better price, as always.) Great location (lower Deer Valley)with nice views--This place is 3 minutes from Deer Valley and 8 minutes from Park City ski resorts, and 4 minutes from downtown Park City. The garage can accomodate 2 cars for guests.

I cannot say enough positive things about our stay in Deer Valley. It was my husbands 50th birthday and we brought friends and family out to celebrate.
The house worked out beautifully. It was spacious, well equipted and enjoyable.
We were so comfortable, we actually stayed in and cooked every night, rather than go out on the town.
If there was one complaint about the house, it would be that we could not get the gas fire place to work. It would have been nice to have a fire each night, other than that the house was great. -

Rented by my daughter-in law for my son's 40th birthday. Excellent property and I was amazed at the amenities, hot tub, pool table, raquetball court, sauna, heated garage/driveway, seperate private downstairs apartment, and maid service. Could use a relatively large flat-screen TV in living room and maybe some more glassware and silverware which is the only reason I didn't give it the top rating. Even so, I'd go back in a New York minute!

This property wasn't exactly inexpensive. First off, we were surprised to find no TV in the master bedroom. What a disappointment. Also, the TV in the family room was quite small for the size of the house. The hot water situation wasn't quite hot enough in the master shower.
And I would suggest getting more dishes and glasses and utensils so we didn't have to wash them right away.
Next store neighbor's to property had a party and the guest blocked our driveway.
