Beautiful decorator-furnished 2,400-square-foot Shores at Stillwater townhome located 3 minutes from the Jordanelle express gondola to Deer Valley ski aea and situated overlooking the Jordanelle reservoir. Park City, Deer Valley, and the Canyons ski areas are a quick 10- 15 minute drive. With upgrades throughout, this very comfortable home has four bedrooms (king, king, queen, twins (convertible to king) plus queen pull-out couch) and 3-1/2 baths on three levels. Our returning guests speak glowingly about the quality of the furnishings and enjoyment of the area. Whatever season of the year, you'll find an abundance of recreation activities a...nd quality restaurants nearby in one of the most scenic areas of the country. Enjoy eating on your deck overlooking the Jordanelle, with boaters and wildlife in view during the summer, or strap on your snowshoes or cross-country skis in the winter and take one of several trails in the area. You might even enjoy sledding down the hill in back of the townhome! Rental skis and equipment are within walking distance.

The upper floor has king- and queen-bedded rooms that share a bath, a separate laundry room, and an ensuite master with jacuzzi tub and fabulous water views. The open living area on the main level features hardwood floors, a fireplace, deck with bar, dining area, granite counter bar, kitchen, and powder room.

The lower level has a family room with pull-out queen sofa and a twin-bedded room (convertible to king) with full bath. The home uses quality bedding throughout, has custom window coverings, direct TV, and provides wireless internet access. The townhome's location makes it a perfect year-round destination for hiking, boating, skiing, or just relaxing away from the crowds. The Jordanelle marina offers boat, jet ski, waveboard, and fishing gear rentals and is a short walk from the property. The townhome is in a private location with abundant wildlife and expansive views over the Jordanelle and beyond. It offers a chance to get away from the crowds and relax after a day of snowshoeing or skiing in the winter or spring or golfing, hiking, or enjoying the water activities at Jordanelle State Park in the summer and fall. You will have the best-kept-secret-in-Deer-Valley access to the Jordanelle lift to the Deer Valley ski area just 3 minutes from your home (with no parking or high traffic issues).

  Beautiful townhome-convenient to Deer Valley Ski Resort & Jordan

  This beautiful townhome is conveniently located next to the Deer Valley Ski Resort for winter time activities and the Jordanelle State Park for summer time activities. We went for Spring Break and enjoyed easy access to the Jordanelle Gondola. On days that were too windy to operate the gondala, we drove 10 minutes to the Snow Park entrance to Deer Valley. Though we didn't try it, Park City ski resort was a 10 minute drive from the townhome as well.
  
  The townhome is well appointed, clean, and comfortable. The owner has a very helpful resource book that explains everything you need to know about the home as well as describing nearby restaurants, shopping, and activities. Right outside the townhome are slopes that we used for sledding (owner has provided plastic sleds in the garage) - this kept the kids busy for hours. The kitchen has granite countertops, nice dishes and cookware, and is very clean. There are 3 bedrooms (including the master ) and 2 full baths upstairs along with the laundry room. On the main floor, you will find the kitchen, dining table, living room with fireplace, balcony with gorgeous view, and 2 car garage (no scraping ice off car windshield necessary!). On the bottom floor is a family room (sofa, TV, and DVD), another bedroom and bath. The unit is well-decorated and the linens and furnishings are of high quality.
  
  We found the owner very easy to work with and willing to address any questions. Our family would highly recommend this property.
