Description

Located conveniently within one mile from Deer Valley Ski Resort and five minutes from Old Town, Park City, this 3800 square foot home combines comfort and luxury designed to make your family vacation memorable. The large great room is a perfect place to gather around the wood burning fireplace after a day at the slopes & includes a 75 inch UHD TV with Streaming Capability and Sonos Surround Sound , Music system & a pool table. The gourmet kitchen is open to the living area and the whole lower level of this home is enhanced with numerous windows showcasing the slopes of the resort. The home has four bedrooms all with an ensuite bath. Each bedroom has a large Hi Def TV , luxury linens & towels, and personal bathrobes. The master king is on the second level, along with a second bedroom containing a queen bed and a full bed with a twin bunk and the third bedroom has a queen bed . The lower level also has a queen bed. The multiple sleeping options allow guests to balance different family sizes and the sleeping capacity is enhanced with a queen sleeper sofa in the upstairs den. The home also has a computer for the use of our guests along with a wireless printer/fax/copier & WI FI. There is a new Weber stainless steel gas grill on the back deck that leads to a large 8 person Caldera hot tub in a private setting. This home also has a three car garage.
