Los AngelesGreat family gathering place!
Left on 01/07/2013 for a stay in December 2012
We had 15 members of our extended family join together for a 50th birthday party and Christmas skiing vacation. This home is top-notch and has a great layout - it is attractive and family friendly. We had plenty of room to gather together for meals and socializing, as well as plenty of separate areas to spread out and relax. The jacuzzi was a big hit too! And having the caretaker just next door for questions was a bonus. Really an enjoyable and memorable trip. I highly recommend this home!

All over the USGreat stay for family reunion
Left on 08/13/2012 for a stay in August 2012
We held our family reunion in this gorgeous house. We had small toddlers and initially feared that without any grass area around the house, they would get bored. But that was not so. They were hunting for ghosts in the "castle" all day long, running around with flashlights and having fun. The kitchen was splendidly equipped, and we had great gourmet meals. The game room was fantastic for the later evening ping-pong tournaments and direct access to the star-lit jacuzzi.

If you're looking for luxury, style, and relaxation look no further. This Park City home had everything we wanted. We cooked our own meals in the restaurant quality kitchen, had plenty of room for our group to sleep/shower/hang out, and the location couldn't be better. The woodwork inside the 'cabin' was amazing and the huge windows throughout provided amazing natural light throughout the day. To make the trip even more memoral we spotted a moose in the distance while getting sun in the hot tub! We'd love to come back any time of year.

This house is absolutely incredible. Not only does it have every amenity possible, but the layout makes you feel like you're at home - if you owned a beautiful chateau! Great for a family vacation or an opportunity for friends to catch. Hope to go back very soon!

Boulder, COWonderful home for a group stay
Left on 11/09/2011 for a stay in July 2010
We have rented this house on several occasions - family reunions, ski trips and birthday celebrations. It is a perfect house for groups - big kitchen, large dining area, plenty of bedrooms and game room/basement. The house is even more beautiful than the pictures provided. We have been to this house during both the winter and summer, and it is a great time no matter the season.
The owners of the house are wonderful, as is the property manager who lives nearby. This house really is a 'home.'

SeattleAn amazing "first class" home
Left on 11/07/2011 for a stay in January 2010
We stayed in this fabulous home for a ski week in January with a group of friends - 4 couples. We were blown away when we arrived to find such a luxurious yet comfortable home. It was so large that several others could have been with us. We all had our own bedrooms and bathrooms. The whole home was exceptionally decorated and with such fabulous pieces. The kitchen was huge and a dream for us all to be in at the same time. We loved our long dinners followed by games on their huge dining table. The views from the rooms of the mountains was spectacular. The hot tub was a welcome and fun treat after long days skiing. The location was perfect, a very close drive to the ski resort and restaurants nearby. This home was a joy to be able to experience.

Boxford, MACombining the Comforts with Luxury and Style
Left on 11/06/2011 for a stay in July 2011
This was a perfect venue for an extended-family vacation. There were plenty of spaces to relax in privately and the many well-appointed common spaces had all the comforts of home. From comfy beds with excellent quality pillows and linens, to adjoining bathrooms with everything we might have forgotten to a kitchen pantry with many of the necessary culinary condiments we needed to prepare wonderful family style meals, we found this to be the ultimate home away from home.
The location had a great degree of privacy from the eyes and ears of neighbors so we could extend our entertainment from inside to outside with music and laughter that did not need to be constrained. Fire pit, hot tub, porches and patios provided spaces for conversation, games, quiet reading and reflection.
The main hall to the bedrooms reminded me of a European Inn. Spacious, warm lighting and lovely carpeting to absorb the noise of footsteps of those retiring late or rising early.
The property manager was easily accessible and he responded promptly to one issue which was quickly resolved to our satisfaction. That is a great comfort when staying far from home in a property and area with which one is unfamiliar. It set our minds at ease that we had someone near to answer all questions and deal with all problems with genuine kindness and professionalism.
The home was set high above the street and offered trails behind for hiking and trail biking. We took to the street for morning walks down to the village area that was easily accessible. The quiet and natural beauly that surrounded us allowed for a great sense of security and peacefulness.
I would definitely recommend this property to others seeking a place to spend with a large group in any season of the year. It was user-friendly, every one of our needs had been carefully anticipated and provided for. From the first night until the last, it felt like home away from home, a place to relax, relate and rejeuvinate.

Santa MonicaSkiing with old friends
Left on 10/26/2011 for a stay in January 2010
Every year for the last 28, five couples have gotten together for a skiing retreat. The guys go back 50 years together and still all ski. With wives and occasional children and grandchildren, it's hard to find a place where we can really enjoy that special camaraderie of long-time friends. This luxurious home provides spacious accommodations for all. It is particularly difficult to find a place with a dining space big enough to be together. The 18-person table has been the scene of great meals and joyous conversations. Backed up by an outstanding kitchen, we spend more time at home than looking for restaurants that can seat us all. The combination of large common spaces and smaller private areas provides good balance for stays of a week or longer. The very short drive to the Deer Valley lifts make this an ideal spot for our annual visits. Here's to many more years of friendship and skiing.

We have repeatedly leased this fantastic property for our annual corporate ski trips. We have been visiting Park City for the last 12 years and this property, hands down, is our favorite. The home is decorated nicely, well cared for, good location, all the amenities we could ask for! The owners are easy to work with and the property manager is available and accommodating. We have had many rental experiences over the years and none match up to our experience at the Morton home. You can't go wrong here!
