4 BEDROOM - GREAT FOR TWO FAMILIES WITH KIDS! If you are looking for a Great House; with 2 King Master Bedrooms, quickly accessible to both Deer Valley (2 minutes), and Park City (5 minutes), you've found the right home!
Our 4 bedroom town home is located on Deer Valley Drive in the Boulder Creek section of the Deer Valley ski resort area. You can walk or catch the free shuttle to either mountain. Deer Valley has free overnight ski storage and a free van that will drop you at our front door at the end of the day. Only 1/2 mile to historic Main Street. Quick shuttle ride, or an easy 10 minute walk.

We had a great stay at this wonderful private home in Deer Valley. We were close to The Canyons, Park City, and Deer Valley areas making this the ideal place to stay. The house is well equipped - nice hot tub, laundry, full kitchen, and high def TV. The owner is very responsive and well organized. I had a group of 6 guys staying in the place and we had plenty of space to relax after a tough day on the slopes.

The home's layout makes each bedroom feel very private and the family area is open and very accommodating to a number of people. We made dinner some nights and enjoyed all sitting at the large (8- person) dining table. I also loved having the easy to use gas fireplace every day to warm us up! really close to Deer Valley and Park City slopes - and bus line is at the door step!

Beautifully decorated ski house and a great owner who makes sure everything is just perfect for your stay. The rustic elegance and attention to detail, along with the close proximity to all ski areas and Old Town Park City, make this location ideal. I highly recommend this house for a family group - our group of three families have rented this house for the past 4 years, and look forward to another week in 2012! We greatly appreciate the generous square footage - there is plenty of room for everyone. The relaxing atmosphere combined with all the amenities and conveniences make you feel right at home. Our granddaughter wants to move there! Lots of nice extras in the kitchen, new washer/dryer, great comfy beds and pillows. Cozy living room with fireplace and magnificent views. Super location, easy walk to the free shuttle stop - only minutes away from Deer Valley's "executive" ski slopes! The ski shuttle makes having a rental car unimportant, but there is a garage available. The very private hot tub is a wonderful place to relax after a long day of skiing.

This place is perfect for two families. It is lovingly cared for and very easy to settle into. Vacation started immediately. Location is excellent for Deer Vally and close to town for shopping and restaurants. Shuttle stop just at the bottom of the hill.

I've stayed in this lovely home 5 out of the last 6 years, as a guest of the owners during our ski trips. It has an excellent location (roughly 5 minutes driving time to either Deer Valley or Park City, unless you care to catch the ski shuttle which runs right in front of the condo's entrance). The house is impeccably decorated and stocked with top quality appliances and kitchenware (it's where I had my first cup of Kuerig coffee!). The vaulted ceiling and fireplace in the living room give a truly warm, yet spacious feeling. The bedrooms are separated enough to insure complete privacy. And there's nothing quite like jumping in that huge (and I mean huge!) hot tub (which faces a quiet snow-covered hill) after a long day of skiing or boarding. I haven't been there during the summer, but I understand that a very long hiking trail starts right next to their unit. I've seen alot of both Deer Valley and Park City and I can't think of a place that I'd rather stay, regardless of the cost.

This is great rental for two families. The layout is great for two couples and kids. We loved the great room (kitchen, dining and living room) for hanging out together, eating, and playing games. Convenient to the shuttle for getting to and from Deer Valley and downtown Park City. We had a wonderful holiday ski vacation. Very easy to work with the owner.
