The house is located at the end of a cul de sac, so there is no through traffic. We have a two car garage and driveway parking. The neighborhood is quiet and 100 steps will take you to the ocean and beautiful beaches. We are in walking distance to downtown Del Mar, restaurants, fine dining and shopping. A short drive to Torrey Pines Golf Course, Scripps Hospitals, airport, Sea World and the San Diego Zoo.
