Everything was perfect!!! The home was extremely clean upon our arrival. The management company was very helpful and easy to work with. They arranged to have someone do our grocery shopping and deliver to the home before we arrived. We plan to stay here every time we are in Del Mar. Thank you for a wonderful vacation..

He had the BEST time staying at this home! VERY clean and fully stocked. The only problem was I had requested a high chair through Vanessa and one was not there and the "concierge" who called saying he would take care of anything we needed never returned any of my calls.
Property is great! Management, not so much! -

We had a very nice stay in Del Mar at this property. We loved that it is walking distance to everything. It was the perfect size for me and my two older daughters. We will return!

The noise of what I assume was the sprinkler system kicking in was very loud and a shocking surprise . I am a light sleeper so that along with the furnace going on and off, I was obliged to wear ear plugs . Apart from that, it was a lovely stay.

230 11th Street is by far the best location! No need for a car, you can easily walk everywhere! Del Mar Pizza, Americana, the track, the beach, Jake's. I love waking up to the beautiful landscaping and ocean breeze. The dog and I love our run on the beach then coffee or mimosas on the front porch are an amazing way to start each day! I can't say enough about this house! I love it here!

This beach house is absolutely perfect! It worked out great for our family of four plus two dogs! Its clean, great location, furnished nicely, etc.... You can even hear the waves crashing on the shore from the master bedroom with the windows open! Its not even our home and we are homesick for it! The only downside to this property is that the backyard is not fully fenced in if you bring a dog. But, we will be back for sure!

This beach house is FABULOUS! It was so comfortable, so clean, so close to everything! No need to drive anywhere! My mother, 2 daughters and our golden retriever "Buddy" had the best vacation ever! This was our 3rd time renting in Del Mar and by far the very best! We were just a short walk from the beach and town. I cannot say enough about this home. Vanessa and Tim were great, so helpful and so very kind. Thank you for everything, we are already planning our next trip back!!!
