Quiet Neighborhood, charming, newly remodeled house with an open floor plan and a woodburning fireplace. Central air, jetted tub, onsite laundry, fully equipped kitchen and all linens provided. Less than 10 miles to Lake Geneva. Steps from a small boat launch for canoe's, kayak's or small fishing boats only. A few blocks from Community Park (public beach and boat launch). Huge privacy fenced yard , 2 car garage and a spot for a campfire. Great for fishing, ice fishing, boating or just relaxing!

Steps from the Delavan Lake Inlet with a boat ramp to launch your boat, or a few blocks to the public beach and boat launch. Less than 2 miles to Lake Lawn Lodge for Golf. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Close to Highway 50 and Interstate 43. Convenient to several locations! Lake Geneva is 15 minutes away, Milwaukee an hour, Madison an hour and 15 min, and Chicago 2 hours.

We returned for a second, longer visit. We have a large family and were visited by sisters, nieces, nephews from around the area. It was lovely having room to put up visitors, with all the amenities of home.
Wonderfully quiet, friendly, family neighborhood. Convenient to shopping and easy to get to all locations we were interested in.
My daughter is already anxiously discussing returning for the first heavy snow, this coming winter and we just returned home yesterday! Thanks for the wonderful hospitality. -

This place can sleep a good size group, comfortably. The backyard is large and pretty private. The place is fairly updated and very cozy. Only issue was that the upstairs bathroom is built into the the roof's angle so you may want to put your shorter people, or kids, in the upstairs bedroom and you'll solve that small inconvenience. It felt like we were perfectly located to enjoy Lake Delevan and still evenly distant from all the areas that we wanted to visit outside of Lake Delevan; e.g., downtown lake geneva and the areas at the southwest end of the lake geneva. The property manager was easy to work with and the owner was extremely nice and friendly.

Had a relaxing stay and looking forward to more visits.
Lake Geneva is a short drive away for those who want the LG experience. My "thing" is using the hiking/ xc/biking trails in Southern Kettle Morine, approx. 20 min away. A little drive but that's part of what I like too-the back road landscapes.
I also liked the quiet neighborhood. I live in Chgo and love the quiet & all which this area has to offer. My partner will like the shopping nearby & in LG. I also like to eat more healthy foods, which I got to do by cooking here.
The owners are very nice honest people who live nearby and care about their property & my stay-this I value.

We can't wait to come back this summer. Did lots of shopping and fun partying with my family. Clean, comfortable, and warm. Much better than the old, shabby cabin we stayed in at Lake Geneva, last year. The comforts of home and we can afford to come back. Would love to move in .

My husband and I stayed there for a week to just get away. Ppl there great treated us wonderful. The home is clean and nicely done with all the extras. We bought some food and shopped which is close by. All the appliances are brand new. Sat out in the backyard, took some walks down to the lake and around the neighborhood. I recommend this place immensely. Plenty to do for a family or adult time !!
