Delray Racquet Club is a resort style community with 2 swimming pools, Jacuzzi, gym, tennis courts and assigned parking. This unit has a fully screened porch and looks over the tennis courts. Kitchen and bath have been recently remodeled with travertine tile and stainless steel appliances.
Unit is fully equipped with full size washer and dryer, flat-screen TVs, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, toaster, cookware, along with dishes, flatware, glasses and all linens.
Free Cable TV, water, and electric.
The beach is only 1 mile away and Atlantic Ave shopping, dining and entertainment is a short 7 minute drive.
