All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. The "Min. Per Night" prices quoted are based on the weekly rental price, they are not applicable for short breaks. See our short break policy or ask for further details.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

This was a very pleasant week's break away from it all in the beautiful Welsh countryside in Llanfair Dyffryn Clwyd. We were right at the foot of the Clwydian mountain range, so amazing views were to be seen from the windows of this cosy cottage. It was magical to look at the mountain range dusted with snow, while inside we had the log burner blazing.
There are plenty of good walks in the locality, Ruthin itself is a charming village, and it was easy to go a little further afield to the likes of Betws -y-Coed, Llangollen and Llandudno. -

In spite of being awarded five ticks (top marks) in Sykes Cottages brochure, we were extremely disappointed with what we found. Top of a whole list of faults was the fact that the shower didn't function properly and this fault had been first highlighted in the visitors' book three years ago. Next the hot water supply to both the kitchen and the bathroom was virtually non existent. The general upkeep was shoddy with bare wiires on the electric towel rail in the bathroom; a light not working for which there was no sparere bulb; an empty electrical socket; a large cobweb in the corner of the ceiling; filthy garden furniture, etc.

The Loft is a beautiful rental. We were greeted with a home that was warm and decorated to the highest standards.. the owner even included Christmas decorations! I loved every minute of staying there. There are a couple of things that need attention but apart from that, it couldn't have been more idyllic. Thank you so much to the owners- no detail overlooked.

Views were stunning, location was great, peaceful & quiet.
The negatives were uncomfortable settee, lots of cobwebs on all beams, water pressure very low. No complimentary logs for fire, fire not cleaned out.

A wonderful holiday home for taking a relaxing break away from it all, with great views of the Welsh countryside. With out doubt the best holiday cottage we have had to date. Absolutely terrific.

Very well done conversion. the lounge, dining room and bedroom were excellent. If I was to mention a defect it would have to be the power shower, which was in need of repair or repalcement. that aside, everyting was as we expected and we enjoyed our stay.

The cottage was beautifully prepared with fresh flowers and tea and cakes! It was so nice it was hard to leave it. The local area was so scenic with rabbits everywhere you went. The views from the cottage were breathtaking adn the people were warm and friendly. Ruthin was lovely and we would recommend the walk around Llyn Brennig. Denbigh had everything to offer and the pubs and restaurants were great value for money. Caernarfon Castle was amazing! We would also recommend the drive to Chester is was great for shopping and seeing the sights and the town cryer was hilarious! Thanks for a great stay, it was the most relaxing time ever.
