Fabulous modern villa in a ideal location with fantanstic sea, countryside and valley views in a tranquil location on the mountainside within the urbinsation of Monte Pego, in Denia, Costa Blanca. The villa is not overlooked has its own private swimming pool. and outside spanish summer kitchen.
Our villa is accessed via electric gates and is situated below the road so ensures the villa is not overlooked, the private swimming pool is gated for piece of mind if you have young children. Overall, we were very happy with our stay at Villa La Paz. The villa was clean, modern and spacious, and had everything you could need. We had four adults and a one year old staying at the villa and all felt we had plenty of room not to get under each others feet. We enjoyed taking in the fantastic views from the villa and watching the sun going down over the mountains. We all felt quite safe and secure as the villa has a large metal security gate at the entrance and bars on all of the windows. The location of the villa itself is on the side of a mountain, but the road leading up to it is a gradual slope that winds around the side of the mountain. We had no problems getting to the villa, even with a large seven seater van. We will definitely be recommending this villa to our friends and family and also will be looking to go back again ourselves soon.
