Good communications with owner - very easy process and booking was simple to make.
The villa is not that easy to find first time - I would recommend arriving in daylight; but the views are terrific and the amenities are superb. There are three good-sized bedrooms (2 bathrooms), a nice workable kitchen and comfy lounge with TV/DVD etc. Fabulous pool with loungers and outdoor bar/BBQ area.
Alicante airport is just over an hour's drive away and Benidorm and Javea are in easy reach. There are several good shopping areas nearby and groceries and wine are good and cheap, plus there are several beaches in very easy reach if you get fed up with your own pool.

The location of this villa in the prestigious Monte Pego development has to be seen to be appreciated. The views from the terrace across to Pego town, sweeping along the valley and out to sea are unsurpassed. Tranquility and comfort is in order at this pretty home. The pool is so welcome too.

Preciosa casa con todo lo que se pueda necesitar.
Silencio nocturno espectacular.
Piscina muy agradable.
Conexión wifi a Internet muy apreciada por mi familia.
Es necesario el coche para entrar y salir de la urbanización.
Nosotros íbamos a la playa de Oliva. Francamnete buena (bandera azul) y muy bien vigilada por los chicos de la Cruz Roja.
Cuidado con los mosquitos por la noche. Colocad los aparatitos para ahuyentarlos.
Francamente recomendable. -

It started off with a very nice contact with Carrie Lewis and we felt really well looked after. The house is lovely and the rooms are very clean. The kids loved the pool and we enjoyed having a barbeque and overlooking the beautiful view. We defently will come back! Thank you for the unforgetable holiday!
